The CD found in the park was not the Rove presentation at issue in York's article.
The only conspiracy is how the dems obtained the CD. It most certainly did get into their hands through NO intention on the parto of Rove or the Republicans.

It's really funny when you think of it....the screaming hypocrisy of the left. All the while they are berating, demonizing Karl Rove, they have stolen and implemented his plans...and without getting caught breaking into the RNC Headquarters!!
The Republicans should already be writing the documents the democrats will steal and use in 2008.
The PowerPoint presentation that Steitz and other Democrats had was a completely different document [than the CD's found in the park in 2002]— much more detailed and sophisticated. It was apparently acquired by Democrats sometime in the late spring of 2003. I asked Steitz if he would show it to me, and he agreed. What I saw was a remarkable work. It's no wonder it had a profound effect on the Soros group.
I'd be curious to know if Rove has identified those responsible for this breach. I suspect he has.
