The CD in the park episode happened and was well discussed here on FR at the time.
The Rove presentation was a different CD obtained by the dems by unknown means.
The PowerPoint presentation that Steitz and other Democrats had was a completely different document [than the CD's found in the park in 2002]— much more detailed and sophisticated. It was apparently acquired by Democrats sometime in the late spring of 2003. I asked Steitz if he would show it to me, and he agreed. What I saw was a remarkable work. It's no wonder it had a profound effect on the Soros group.
I'd be curious to know if Rove has identified those responsible for this breach. I suspect he has.
