This is simply outrageous! It is so frustrating to watch this happen, why isn't this clown prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law? I don't know who I am more upset with-- The Bush administration for not pursuing this or the clown democrats for simply ignoring it,(we remember when the story broke the RATs saying we were trying to blow this out of proportion for political gain-after all Bush didn't even want the 911 investigation to take place because it might reveal his incompetence...blah blah...And now we have a democrat STEALING sensitive documents that show a complete cover up and the dems have nothing to say! Please do not let this story go.

I'm sorry...can you walk us through how the DOJ pressuring Berger to admit to intentionally committing the crime (counter to his earlier public pronouncements) and pressuring him to cooperate = "not pursuing this"?
