I'm sorry...can you walk us through how the DOJ pressuring Berger to admit to intentionally committing the crime (counter to his earlier public pronouncements) and pressuring him to cooperate = "not pursuing this"?

I wish I could have the faith you have in the Bush administration. I don't. Too many issues badly/wrongly handled.

Just an opinion, but I'm with the crowd that believes this is in fact a mere slap on the wrist and pure CYA...

We shall see.

Let me clarify my statement--I am not happy with Berger receiving a more harsh punishment and the DOJ does not seem to care to pursue it further. Do you feel Berger is going to get proper punishment and do you think the media is giving this proper attention? The DOJ pressured him to cooperate? The clown STOLE classified documents! This is all that is gonna come of this?
