Prayers for your mom and your dad---I think I will add a couple for you and your sister going to help---

THAT should be a kick--if my sister and I tried to do that, our dad would go crazy with our fighting!!! LOL

Anyway, have a safe trip and I do pray that your MOM will be okay!

We promised him that we'd clean the house this time without fighting. ;)

That's ALL we promised though.

Yeeeesh. It's been lottayears since she & I cleaned a house together. WHOLElotta years.

He'll be (snicker) just fine. We'll see to it.

She'll be tucked in bed....just fine, too.

BUT! I DO thank you SINCERELY for the prayers!!!!

It's more difficult emotionally to take care, than any of the actual physical tasks you'll do....Remember to take care of your emotional needs too. Will keep you all in prayers.

Hey Grampa Dave.

My wife came up with something on the Shiavo case. PVS is not a legitimate diagnosis according to Medicare, via IDC9 code.

Might be something in the way of ammo if the Federal Goverment doesn't consider PVS a legitimate diagnosis, wouldn't you think?

All decent folk are outraged by this.
Just google IDC9 code and check it out, okay? Type in Permanent Vegatative State. It's a no show, as my wife expected.

Hope you are doing well.

My husband ( who is in his late 50's) still doesn't know how to use the washer and dryer, dishwasher or stove---

I told him he better take out a hugh life insurance policy on me, cause if I die before him, he will have to hire a full time NANNY!!! LOL

I just wouldn't want my daughter or son to have to help, except my daughter is practically OCD(obsessive compulsive) when it comes to cleaning her house, so I am sure he would LOVE to have her here!

I love the pics of your house --- you really do live in a beautiful place---

Let us know on FR if you so start up the B&B, you would have built in customers---I love the cabin!

We had some neighbors that bought some land a few years ago and were gonna renovate the barn just enough to live in while they built their "dream house"---by the time they finished renovating the barn, it BECAME the dream house!

BTW, off subject, just saw footage of Prince Charles and Camilla about their wedding tomorrow---I don't know about ya'll, but seeing them together is like looking at my parents getting married! They are old!

There is! It's just that The Boss has been in DC this week, and as we type, he's headed back to the West Coast...when he arrives, the new totals will go up.

Just keep bumping the thread. Get RID of the empty beer cans, you know...tidy up so it looks good when he gets back.

Love my home...just haven't been able to do all the things I'd like to this past year....eventually we'll get there.

The entire Royal Mess would make a great Shakespearean Play....Not sure if it would qualify as a Comedy or Tragedy..... Can't ever see Charles as King, let alone Camille as queen....or whatever title she'll use.

Wait. The Boss will be here soon. We can NOT be singing 99 bottles of beer. You made a wise choice. Yet again.
