Do you know that the one for Sagit. is dead on right about me. LOL, I do tend to examine life with a microscope.

. . . I know that donating is strictly voluntary, but it's puzzling that so many think nothing of logging in to FR every day to get news from all over the world and believe that it happens without expense. Jim has kept FR going through lawsuits, floods, equipment breakdowns, lack of sufficient power, flame wars, opui, and things we probably never think of. Shame on anyone using Jim's site without feeling some obligation. That's my rant and I'm sticking to it. All of us working the Freepathon threads agree with every word you said.
That's precisely why we are here!

Yes. He made 5 albums with Lower Forty Grass while he was growing up. He has made three with a group called Idletymes (now disbanded, but came in 4th at SPBGMA in Nashville in 2002 I think). He has played fiddle on several albums for other groups who just called him in to do it. Mike Sigler, the steel player for Holly Dunn for several years, says that son is one of the best at interpreting the music that he's ever heard. He rarely plays anything solo, but he can make a song when playing with a band. He's the perfect side man. He can fill in any spot that needs filling. He doesn't even have to have ever heard a song. He can play it instinctively. Can't read music, but took first chair on the concert bass at the Regionals during high school. Am I bragging? Yes.

We lived in Nashville in the 60s, and in Cookeville in the early 80s. In the 70s we lived in Memphis & Montgomery, Ala.
Actually, we have lived just about everywhere in the Southeast.

but I find it hard to believe that the other 1,993 Freepers are poverty stricken. Uh 199,319 and according to a thread from last night, there is a whole lot of poor folks out there.
