Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.
Thanks, FV
It's still down, Sun.
I hope it's only temporary, too.

I agree, Halls.
Unbelieveable, the way Lynch is behaving. I hope the Catholics in Florida complain about him.
Stop judicial tyranny and stop the filibusters.
When I went to a pro-life meeting this evening, they had postcards for us to send to our U.S. senators.
If you call your U.S. Senators, tell them you want them to vote to end filibusters by a simple majority as the Constitution requires.
Should the Senate fail to conform to the Constitution's rule of a simple majority, a minority of 40 liberal Senators can use the filibuster to force their agenda on every American. Get your friends to call.
The NEW toll-free number is 1-877-762-8762! If that's busy, you can call this toll number (202-224-3121) or call
your U.S. senators at their individual numbers (or contact them by FAX).
Ask to speak with your Senator. When finished leaving your message, call your other Senator.
====> BUT if you don't have much time, and want to end the filibusters for judicial nominees, click here:

There is a formula, and I THINK it goes like this:
If you e-mail, it counts it as 10 voters.
If you call, it counts it as 50 voters.
If you write a letter, it counts it as 100 voters.
If you go in person, it counts it as 500 voters.
I think I have the formula down, but please correct me if I am wrong.
Thank you and good night. :)
WOW, I didn't realize this!! I have e-mailed, but I will do more!
I have already contacted Hastert's office to seek an investigation between the hospice's and the Hemlock society. I think I will call my state Lt. Governor and also ask for them to investigate any link between them. I believe if we can word this as a consumer issue it might be considered. People should know in advance their loved ones are being care for people who wish them dead.
Thank you for this news. I am glad one person is away from the evil grasp of the death lovers.
Amen Dragoo!
I cannot get the stopjudicalactivists link to work. Anyone else having trouble with it?
I just faxed Tom Delay at both his numbers and my Republican senator (will do Frist next) to fight judicial tyranny, to unite across the rotunda, and Monday, to confirm (in the Senate) Bolton.
[Then we can evict the UN tenants and make the structure a nice USO for our returning heroes.]
Correct. And it is now a capital case.
I wonder if it isn't more? The Florida law authorizing judicial murder (what else can deliberate withdrawal of vital nourishment and hydration be called?), as well as any other state's law condoning such actions, whether by a person's written or oral statements, are, in fact, illegal by virtue of The Declaration of Independence!
Every place I've ever lived, suicide is illegal. Assisting in suicide is illegal. And any state that allows it is in effect, not abiding by the promise of the federal government to protect and defend....
The Supreme Court of the United States has not obeyed the law! The Justice Department needs to present the above to the SCOTUS. (What's the title of the attorney who does this? The late Barbara Olsen's husband's position from which he recently retired.)
Solicitor General.
I think it's stopactivistjudges.org .. try that .. worked for me.
Terri ping to 688 and 695! If anyone would like to be added to or removed from my Terri ping list, please let me know by FReepmail!

We need to keep stoking DeLay's fire. I faxed him a letter Friday promising him my support, and encouraging him to keep fighting to bring the judicial branch back in line.
I agree, Russesjunjee~!! Tom Delay is genuine and I totally respect him.

Keene said the leaders will show their solidarity by announcing this week that they are holding a tribute dinner for DeLay on May 12 at the Capital Hilton, complete with a film "summation of what Tom has done for conservatives." Keene said 1,000 people are expected, and tickets will be about $200.
