Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

agreed and probably true, but I'd bet the hospice knows when someone is so close to death that they can 'speed things up' without getting caught
Now that I think about it, it was rather "convenient" that MS and company went into Terri's room and 10 minutes later she was dead. It's even more "convenient" that she was cremated, and no one knows even where her ashes are. Another strange "coincidence"? Add it to the list.
Here's something else I recall from reading another Freeper's post.

Someone posted that Terri, in her last days, was reported to be bleeding from her eyes, nose, and mouth. A Freeper posted, along with a link to a story(darn, I have to try and find this post), that these symptoms are consistent with suffocation. I'm not sure about this, maybe someone who has knowledge could add to it? The Freeper speculated that someone might have tried to smother Terri at the Hospice, during her final days-I'll let you ponder who might have attempted that. It's speculation, but, given all the other oddities, perhaps not out of the realm of possibility?
The 10 minutes-to- death scenario may have been brought on by a Morphine overdose, again speculation. That's where Mr. Medical examiner comes in. But, he can say anything he wants now. There's no way to verify his results- convenient too, isn't it?
Oh, I just thought of something-MS refused to give the Schindlers a lock of Terri's hair?- Well, that seems outrageous, unless you know that hair follicles can be tested for the presence of drugs... hmmmm.
So let's see MS didn't "remember" Terri's "starve/dehydrate me to death if I become disabled" request until 7 years later, after what is arguably a suspicious "collapse" that is never fully investigated
. He testifies in court that he wants to take care of Terri "for the rest of HIS life", and is given a million dollars for her therapy. A short time after he gets the money, and one failed attempt at a procedure with electrodes (that may have never been removed or maintained )-, he suddenly "remembers" that Terri wants to die.
He takes up with another woman, has children by her, denies Terri any further therapy, hires a euthanasia lawyer to have her dehydrated to death- a method that will assure her death.
Over the years, while he goes on with his life with his new woman, he, at times orders that Terri be kept in total isolation, that no music can be played for her, that she is not to have any stimulation or therapy of any kind.
He regularly denies her own mother and father, sister and brother visits with her. Her rights as a disabled person are violated under Fl. law. He repeatedly violated Florida's Guardianship laws. DCF investigations of abuse are tampered with and impeded.
The conflicted judge errs in his ruling (Karen Quinlan's date of death) yet refuses to review his rulings, or recuse himself due to conflicts of interest.
The one time the judge follows the rules and appoints a separate guardian(something she should have always had by Florida law) he recommends that MS be removed as Terri's guardian, the judge dismisses the new guardian, and lets MS continue as her "guardian".
He lets her funds be depleted to pay the Euthanasia attorney, he also lets her be moved to attorneys hospice though she has no terminal illness. And because the funds for her care have been given to the euthanasia attorney, she is declared indigent and put in the Hospice where Felos was chairman of the board, at Tax payers expense. Judge also takes campaign contributions from MS and Felos.
All the while Terri's immediate family report that she is attempting to communicate,might be able to swallow, and should be given therapy, he says no.
They make videos (in spite of his threats) and what do they show?- that she is indeed capable of some response. 50 doctors come forward to state that she is not PVS and should be tested. Terri's parents and priests go into her room and state that she is responding. No one gives her a chance.
They can't prove she is responding. Why? Because no one is allowed to take pictures of her , film her or record her. She's not even allowed out of her room. No reporters are allowed to visit. Right there, that tells me MS and death freaks had something to hide, and were up to no good. They NEVER let anyone see her. Never. And worse, they refused to let her be tested, even a simple swallow test. They didn't even let anyone try. They wanted her dead period.
( And then she was whisked away and cremated. Felos attempted to have his ex-wife be the "interpreter" for the autopsy report. The medical examiner, in keeping with the theme of "no one can see her", refused to let another ME do a side by side autopsy. I heard Felos has gone around threatening anyone who ever worked with Terri, with a lawsuit, if they talked about her. Not to mention, all the hospice workers had to sign some petition berating president Bush for trying to help her. In other words, they were tested for their allegiance to "the cause". On and on it goes)
They never even let her be tested, that she might be "allowed" to live. They never wanted to be sure that she was PVS before they dehydrated her to death. Doesn't that tell you anything?
If she truly was PVS, why not make sure? And further, why the insistence that she be kept isolated? It was as if he wanted to make sure that she didn't respond, and NEVER recovered. This, in spite of his testimony to get money to care for her for the rest of HIS life.
Even if she was PVS, and "not aware" why not let her go home to her mother and father and let them care for her? Why put them through watching her slowly dehydrated to death in front of them, over an 11 day period? Only a monster would do that. Add that he still won't tell them where her ashes are, and it's obvious he's a monster.
Message for Michael and Felos and all you judges and politician's who did nothing to help her:
You will only get away with this while you are on earth. You WILL answer for it when your time here is up. I hope you live a long time. I wouldn't want to be any of you, trying to explain what you did to Terri and her family- to God.

I can't help to notice how utterly dark Michael Shiavo's mouth is. I thought at first some months ago that it was photoshopped, but I don't think it is judging by other photos I have seen.

Your post, points out yet again, just how insane and outrageous it is, for Greer to have been given an award or actually awards, for his handling of the case in a meticulous manner. What a bunch of BS to say Greer followed the rule of law. One that stands out like a neon sign, is the fact that Greer allowed Schiavo to remain as Terri's guardian, even though Schiavo's conflicts of interest were obvious to anyone who knew the facts.
Greer probably didn't have any interest in making sure Schiavo was deposed, due to the outcome of the case, already being a done deal - carved in stone almost, for Terri to die.
Also, I too was very relieved to see the Schindlers interviewed by Hannity, without Colmes in attendance. Colmes showed nothing but disrespect for the Schindlers in the past. Colmes should be ashamed. I'm sure Hannity tried to fill Colmes in on the truth about what happened to Terri, but Colmes apparently had no interest in doing or saying anything that might offend the Culture of Death.

I think the MSM thought if they continued to say it was just the *Religious Right* who were against Terri being killed, they could then create more support for the execution. Also, they thought if they could make people believe it was JUST the religious right, they could mininize the issue or make it be about abortion rights. They even used the word *Right* and *Privacy*, just like in abortion.
Any politican who thinks most American people supported what was done to Terri, is a stinking fool. Howard Dean is the biggest fool of all to say he can use what people like Tom Delay did for Terri, as a tool against Republicans.
Like you said, this crosses ALL POLITICAL LINES~!!! I have demo friends and pro-choice friends who are against it. Contrary to what some may think, the American people are not dumb. They know when something IS NOT RIGHT. What was done to Terri was WRONG and no amount of spin will ever make it right.

Lesforlife, I don't believe for one second that Terri ever requested being starved to death. For one thing, food and water is not considered to be medical care. Greer would NOT allow Terri to have a sip of water or even an ice chip.
Yesterday was Mother's Day. An American Mother was denied and forbidden to give her dehydrated daughter a sip of water. What has happened to America? Judges agreed with this barbaric act from the pits of hell.

Scott's own words condemned him. What an arrogant creep. He literally said to follow the money train of the Schindlers. He goes on to say that the Right to Life people are giving them money. Good grief. Too bad he didn't mention all the money being pumped into their cause by the people who are promoting euthanasia and FORCED KILLING for this fine country.
When Colmes asked him about the court order of Terri's remains, he basically blew it off and goes to attacking the Schindlers. I actually think Colmes is waking up some to the truth.
Also, Scott said Furhman didn't even talk to them. I'd guess the truth is this - They, the Schiavos probably were scared to death to speak to Furhman.
Scott also said the Schindlers were in contempt of court when they showed the public the videos. I'm glad the fool told the American people that the court wouldn't allow videos to be taken of Terri. Greer/Felos/Schaivo had to hide the truth about Terri from the public's view. Scott must really be deluded to think the public would approve of the court hiding Terri away like a prisoner.
Several weeks ago, Mark Fuhrman called George Felos to ask him if he could interview Michael Schiavo for the book. Felos said no. Mark called Felos several more times, and was rebuffed. Mark also sent Felos a letter asking if he could interview Schiavo. I heard that Fuhrman may appear on Hannity & Colmes either tomorrow night or later this week to speak about his attempts to contact Schiavo.

The letter you received from John N Hostettler, was excellent. He definately knows many of the facts in Terri's case. He stated if the American people knew the facts, Terri wouldn't have died. What does that say about the Judges that did know many of the facts, and they still voted for Greer and Michael Schiavo? What does that say about the DCF and their NON Rescue of Terri? The DCF even knew of the seal abuse charges and still they didn't rescue Terri.
I'm so angry with the MSM for misleading the American people concerning Terri. They did the same in 2003. If they can mislead us about Terri, then the obvious conclusion or question *IS* - What else are they LYING to us about.

I was so disgusted at seeing Scott Schiavo on TV, too, trying to spin the facts into his brother's advantage. IMO, he did a horrible job of it. The more the Schiavo's speak, the deeper they dig their own pit of distruction.

You're so right, Pajamajan! The death freak lobby definately has a hold on both parties. Those 9 Republicans in Florida who voted against Terri are a good example of those who honor death more than life.

When I heard about the refusal to allow Mrs Schindler a lock of Terri's hair, I thought the same thing about drug testing. When hair is tested for drugs, it reveals drugs in the body, for the past several months. Either Schiavo was just being his typical cruel self or the more sinister is true. I'm thinking it was a combination of both.
Concerning the 10 minute death timing: Does anyone else remember hearing that the night shift of the hospice, was told to stick around that morning? (I'm assuming they got off at 7:00am) Seems Felos needed a group of about 30 to gather around Terri's death bed in a circle for some sort of a ritual?? They supposedly did some bathing or something? I'm sure I read this stuff here on one of the daily threads or maybe I read it on The Empire Journal.
At the time it sounded very strange and pre-planned to me. Felos, by his own admission is a new age freak. I wouldn't put anything past him. That's another thing. The MSM gave Felos a total free pass on his bizarre spiritual activites, but took every opportunity to bash the so called *religious right*.
I not surprised at all by your report of Furhman calling Felos and asking for an interview with Schiavo. The Schiavo's literally think they can LIE their behinds off and no one will call them on it. They are used to being protected by Felos and Greer.
Thanks for the info on what really happened. Most likely Hannity knows that too and was smiling to himself as Scott Schiavo LIED ON NATIONAL TV. I hope you're right and we see Mark Furhman on the Hannity show this week.
Amdgmary, do you remember which brother testified about Terri's wishes? It doesn't take a rocket scientist, to figure out those words, were in all probability a big fat lie, made up by Felos and the Schiavo family of thugs.
