Terri Schiavo Cremated Amid Family Feud

TAMPA, Fla. Terri Schiavo's body was cremated Saturday as disagreements continued between her husband and her parents, who were unable to have their own independent expert observe her autopsy.
The cremation was carried out according to a court order issued Tuesday establishing that Michael Schiavo () had the right to make such decisions, said his lawyer, George Felos. He said plans for burying her ashes in Pennsylvania, where she grew up, had not yet been completed.
Terri Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, had wanted to bury their daughter in Pinellas County so they could visit her grave.
Terri Schiavo, 41, died Thursday after the removal of the feeding tube that had kept her alive since 1990, when she suffered brain damage that court-appointed doctors determined had placed her in a persistent vegetative state (). Her parents had fought in court to keep her alive, disputing the doctors' opinions and saying there was hope of improvement.
From what I have seen at the crime scene over the last three weeks is they leave no stone unturned in their quest for total domination of the situation. I have little hope the autopsy will add to the body of truth that has leaked out anyway. They have a lock on events similar to this and on even the petty items.
There is already bountiful evidence to cook Michael's goose and that of Felos de se and King Greer. Yet they readily stifle it or simply ignore it.
'I'm sure Michael and at least 3 of his relatives clearly remember Terri saying that if she was ever systematically starved to death, she'd want to be cremated within 48 hours and have her ashes hidden from her parents for eternity.'
And that her parents not get even one lock of her hair.
The Michael Schiavo/Felos/Greer coalition burnt her when she was alive.
Now they're repeating the performance in death.
Rest in the arms of the Lord, Terri. Your murder will not be in vain.

By simply stating that there are people who are responsible for the murder of this woman is not an unbiblical thing. Praying for the justice of God is also not an unbiblical thing. Look, if you were to allow them to do what they did and not condemn them for it, then you would be sinning. The scriptures are clear about this.
According to the scriptures, only if you were guilty of the same crime you would not be able to bring a charge in court against another man who who committed it as well. But we all, still have an obligation to speak about it publicly. For some reason, today, I see so many people who do not want to call sin what it is...sin. Biblically, you are to call a murderer, just that, a murderer. A pedophile a pedophile, a rapist a rapist, and an adulterer an adulterer. Even if one has committed any of these he is not to let his guilty neighbor off the hook, he is to condemn his neighbor and himself. Michael Schizo is both a murderer and an adulterer.
In Florida heresay substitutes for a written directive, with the normal assumption that if a spouse is there, that person assumes guardianship, which means full control.
PROBLEM IS:
Not all GUARDIANS are equal, NOT ALL SPOUSES ARE NICE PEOPLE. IN FACT..........some guardians are like michael schiavo....the ODOMETER CHECKER....the master controller....he would make sure all things WORK for HIMSELF.

And the law OFFERED NO RECOURSE FOR THE SCHINDLER TO HAVE THIS CREEP INVESTIGATED...even the sheriff who took the complaints of abuse was a buddy of greer's...and worse...michaels now dead motherinlaw worked for sheriff rice for 16 years....and this same sheriff HIRED michael to work as a nurse in his jail............EVIL STUFF.
But michael LOST IN THE END IN THE MOST REMARKABLE WAY EVER!
Terri Shiavoe was INCLUDED in the mass that was SAID FOR THE POPE on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her name was SENT out to the world by the HIGHEST LEADERS OF HER CHURCH !!! And HER NAME was included in the mass that was SAID for the POPE in WASHINGTON DC.....

I agree. This is where preparation by the lawyers is crucial. It would appear that Dr. Walker didn't do his homework or the lawyers didn't. MS's on the other hand did.
There was a claim by the parents lawyer that they didn't know about the bone scan, yet MS's lawyer demonstrated that they did. This kind of false or incorrect accusation makes the parents lawyers look inept and my guess probbably ticked the judge off some?
