Yes. There is more than enough evidence to impeach Judge Greer and put him on trial for numerous crimes. BUT . . . it all comes down to the political will to do so. The first step must be to get the truth out there past the stonewalling liberal media, so the heat will be on the politicians to act. Otherwise, they have already shown that they will do nothing.
A state legislature which allowed SCOFLAw to make that unconstitutional ruling in the Chad Wars and to directly defy their constitutional power to run an election and did nothing in response is not about to start acting now, unless they are forced to by angry voters.

Terri was murdered. Statute of limitations will now never expire.
To everyone here at FR, we must not let Florida get away with this. We need to demand to all of Congress to look into the entire state of Florida's failure to protect and save Terri! The whole state failed her and there is to much shady dealings that happend! We need to all contact Congress and demand answers!
I don't think the attorneys were so bad; just not as experienced, perhaps, as Felos and cronies. I think none of the evidence offered was accepted by Greer because the end result was not in question. Had that evidence been accepted as evidence could he have arrived at the same verdict? How could he have justified that verdict? To belittle Schindler attorneys' attempts to enter evidence provided the means to discount it.
This is nothing! There is a formal complaint made against Greer and the rest of Florida through the DOJ's office and they aren't doing anything about it. There will be more to come and we must keep the pressure on them to act!
