PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Medical examiners concluded an autopsy on Terri Schiavo on Friday, and prepared to release her remains to family members who continued to fight bitterly over the case of the brain-damaged woman who became the flashpoint for a nationwide debate over right-to-die issues.
"The examination included routine forensic autopsy procedures, supplemented by full post mortem X-rays," the Pinellas County, Fla., medical examiner's office said in a statement. "Terri Schiavo's remains are ready for release to the establishment selected by the legally authorized person, for purposes of final disposition. "

Ever notice how McCain's opinion always mirrors the consensus of the mainstream press?

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy took stronger exception. Im not sure what Mr. DeLay meant when he said the time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior, the Massachusetts Democrat said in a written statement. But at a time when emotions are running high, Mr. DeLay needs to make clear that he is not advocating violence against anyone. This from the other murdering Senator from Massachusetts!

Was the cause of death starvation?? That would leave someone open to a homicide charge right?

Pinellas County Medical Examiner:
" Wow. This was easy. I kept Dr. Cyril H. Wecht away
and simply used Terri's official Pinellas County Autopsy report
which Judge Greer gave me last week.
Let me assure you that Judge Greer's report says nothing about abuse.
Everything was normal. Honest."

Yeah, it always emerges after the event and he's had time to assess the direction of the wind and whether it is favorable to him getting some press. Used to like him but now I really can't stand him and not just because he's not always in lock step - IMO He's just a carper eager to appear on TV but getting nothing accomplished.

If Mary Jo Kopechne had lived, she would be 64 years old.
Through his tireless work as a legislator,
Edward Kennedy would have brought comfort to her in her old age
and they both would have supported [Subhuman Pinellas County Florida Judgenfuhrer] Greer's
execution by starvation tender applied euphoria administered to Terri over two weeks.
