Congressman Tom DeLay said the House Judiciary Committee will be investigating Terri's case and making recommendations to the full house about any reforms that they believe are necessary in this debacle over Terri's life and death.

Here's a thought for you. Call it the Schiavo Amendment:

U.S. Constitution: Amendment XXVII

Section 1. Sections 1 and 2 of Article III of the Constitution for the United States of America are hereby repealed.

Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.

Please remember that Jim Robinson has a March for Justice coming up. Of course I can not speak for him- IMO, this is the kind of stuff he is talking about. We need to let these activist juges who break the law hear from us.

I have contacted Congressman Delay's office a few times now and pledged my support- if he will see this thru. And I intend to keep that promise. I am going to call the other committee members tomorrow and I hope others will too.
