Are there any threads that you have not posted this on. We get it, already.

I haven't seen it before. I'm just part of the we who doesn't read every thread. I'm also part of the we that sometimes makes the same point on similar threads, when I feel it is necessary.

Another irony is that millions of Americans contributed $$$$, energy, and love to repeatedly storm-wracked Florida.
And now? Now there are millions who are scratching their heads at the evil that survived there.

This Atrocity is Judicial Murder by Starvation and Dehydration

ALL JUDGES INVOLVED SHOULD BE IMPEACHED FOR CONSIPIRACY TO MURDER

Maybe you can help. I seem to have missed the part where the Nazis spent a decade medically evaluating each victim and litigating the living daylights out of the propriety of their demise. Got some cites?

TerriRepublic has gone way beyond "just throwing around" the Nazi charge

How true I'm sick of these folks. After the words they have blasted about I have no mercy for such rotten people.

""No, the connection was between the murder of unborn children and 9/11. I do not know if God will send judgement for the public murder of Terri Schiavo. If he does we will deserve it."

Perfect example of fanaticism. We will all die because we don't conform to your NARROW view. "

Good point, Soul. Yet, the same 'Nazis' we're being compared to also held similar, narrow POVs and killed anyone who disagreed.

"You people want to compare America to nazi Germany? "

The funny, ironic part about the Nazi comparisons is that the Nazis were the ruling party during their atrocities. Taking this comparison to its logical conclusion means these right-wing fanatics MUST believe that George W. Bush is indeed Hitler (since Republicans are the ruling party these days), making them closer to George Soros and those idiots at MoveOn.org than they probably realize!!

Actually, I stopped short of calling it an ad homonym fallacy directly. I asked you what other purpose you characterization served other then such a fallacy.

I'm not sure how you want the reader to interpret your "No" answer to this challenge. Being that literally it is an admission that such a fallacy was your only purpose.

C'mon - you can't blame the entire state! I mean, in late 2000, the Dummycrats were similarly holding all of Florida to blame for Bush getting elected!

Both cases involve the judiciary system more than the individuals living in the state, millions of which were in favor of letting Terri live.

This is the 'tip of the iceberg' of what Terri and her family were up against.

Here’s where Terri Schiavo Insurance money went:

These funds, the result of a malpractice suit, were meant solely to provide for Terri Schiavo’s care and rehabilitation.
=======================================================================================
Atty. Gwyneth Stanley - $10,668.05
Atty. Deborah Bushnell - $65,607.00
Atty. Steve Nilson - $7,404.95
Atty. Pacarek - $1,500.00
Atty. Richard Pearse (GAL) - $4,511.95
Atty. George Felos - $397,249.99
1st Union/South Trust Bank – $55,459.85
Michael Schiavo - $10,929.95
Total: $545,852.34

Neglect and abuse complaints is that Michael Schiavo:

* Has not allowed therapy or rehabilitation since late 1992.
* Has prevented swallowing tests or swallowing therapy since 1993.
* Ordered caretakers not to clean Terri's teeth since 1995, resulting in removal of five teeth in April 2004.
* Placed Terri in hospice in 2000, despite the fact she is not terminally ill.
* Refuses to allow Terri to leave her room. She has not been outside since 2000.
* Ordered doctors not to treat Terri when she had a life threatening infection in 1993 and 1995.

Fbolton Virtually as soon as Michael Schiavo received the monies from the medical malpractice claim involving his wife, Terri Schindler-Schiavo,
he withheld all therapy and rehabilitation services from her.

Terri Schiavo had sustained a serious brain injury as the result of a suspicious incident in their home in 1990 and in 1992,
her husband had filed claims against several of her former doctors, claiming her “collapse” was caused by a misdiagnosis.
He received over $1.5 million in 1993 including $750,000 which had been specifically earmarked by the trial jury for Terri’s rehabilitation based on a life expectancy of 50 years.
Mary and Bob Schindler Sr., her parents, consulted a St. Petersburg attorney about removing Michael Schiavo as their daughter’s guardian and discussed the case at length with him.
Unfortunately, the Schindlers did not have the amount of money the attorney demanded as a retainer to take the case.
That attorney became the judge in the case-----a totally prohibited conflict of interest.
Thereafter, the attorney-judge approved the hiring of George Felos as the attorney for Schiavo to be paid from the trust fund and the stage was set for her judicial homicide.
The judge wasn’t George W. Greer.
It was Mark I. Shames.

The money was then diverted to the Judicide G reer.

You must practice a lot to be able to generalize that grossly.

You asked if my view applied to everyone who doesn't agree with me. I responded that it did not. That does not mean, however, that my characterization of what this forum has become is any less accurate, because there are persons who haven't succumbed to the mass hysteria.

Go back to logic class.

ROFL. Well Diogenesis? Inquiring minds want to know. Is George W. the spawn of Hitler?

HEY!!! Don't introduce a logical point in an illogical comparison!!

Besides, if this is Nazism, then by logical extension, these people think Bush is indeed Hitler, since he is our leader at the moment and didn't stop Terri's death.

a gross mis-statement

The Binding pamphlet was 1920. Maybe some of those who adopted the philosophy were Nazis, but the statement of an unworthy life was already there before Nazis. That is unworthy life, not life not worth living. Why are they sugar-coating this?

After listening to the death lawyer Fellos, I now have a very clear understanding as to the thought processes of the Nazis in justifying the murder of millions as a beautiful and good thing to do.

The judicial role in Terri's murder was aided and abetted by the out of control lawyer/judge/court incestuous relationships. I also now understand much better why it is a matter of life or death for the liberals to remain in control of said judicial system.

Do you cut and paste your comments on all of the threads in a day on a particular topic?

No I don't. I wasn't aware that some people were cutting and pasting like this. Perhaps I misunderstood the context of your comment.

Another annoying practice I have noticed in Freeper debates is the repeated use of the same old collection of voluminous links. In particular when the other guy considers you completely ignorant until you've poured through his own favorite growing collection of related sites.

At a minimum, I think we owe each other a response to what the other person has actually written rather then using a kind of form letter response.

Probably most annoying of all are bears who refuse to make a sunsinct point, and their posts just go on, and on, and...well, er....never mind.

Anybody who refers to an internet cite called "scientology and terri schindler schiavo death connection" and purports to see the underpinnings of a massive conspiracy in the misspelling of the word "insurance" needs to loosen the tinfoil a little.

By the way, have you got those cites I asked you for in post 163?

I agree with you that the Scientologists were behind this.

I also agree with you that misspellings in an Official state filing of
MS' insurnance company was done to hide information.
Now the question is .... why?

'Liberalism' will turn out a lot worse than Nazism - I am beginning to believe it's whole 'ethos' is about the ultimate destruction of Humanity - all roads seem to point there; falling birth rates, euthanasia, appeasement of evil.. the list goes on!

God grant rest to Terri.

Sorry, I took your answer of No to be to the second question asked. I suppose you took the second question as rhetorical, but I meant it as a challenge. If your only point was there was some hysteria, fine. But please understand it is easy infer you meant it as a premise to an implied argument that concluded that your side is right and the other side is wrong.

Go back to logic class.

Talk about irony.

In college I aced logic class easily. Most of the other students were struggling, and a few turned to me for help.

In national standardized tests I've scored in the top 1% in almost all the logic related sections.

For many years now I've earned a respectable living as a software engineer. Using logic everyday.
