no, we aren't. but our eyes our opened now to the fact that many are, and many that we'd never have realized are, as well.

And, I firmly believe, there is a spiritual reason for this knowledge being exposed.

The requirements for being a judge were discussed here the other day. I don't recall completely, but I thought someone found that one doesn't have to be a lawyer to be a judge. I wonder if that's correct, and if so, would disbarment have any effect, direct or indirect, on his job as judge?

I just got the shock of my life. I had to call my sister in Tallahassee. Talk turned to Terri. She insisted that she had a heart attack. I said no, she had cardiac arrest and I'd love to know where the broken bones came from. I was informed that she was in a car accident and told, remember we live down here and know what really happened before y'all stuck your nose in. I insisted that Terri was at home and "collapsed". I was told that the acciadent was in the newspaper and THEY know what really happened and I don't.

I told her that I would send her the police report and that Terri was found face down at home. Sis didn't believe me. I said I'd send links to original documents and she told me they're probably fakes and everyone down there remembers what really happened but she'll do an online search, don't bother sending links.

That was tough to listen to. I've shared that my brother was in a coma for 3 months, and considered to be vegatative for a while after he woke up (and spoke even.) We had no idea how things would turn out. I knew in my heart that he was still really in there when I was teasing him (like only sisters can) and got him to repeat "supercalifragilisticexpealadocious" I think 'you're a goob' followed that, he didn't say it clearly, but anyone who heard it knew exactly what it was....The nurse caught me outside in tears because of the interaction.

Her parents and siblings still see Terri in there. We must not give up our fervent prayers just because it looks so bad right now.

If I can boldly approach the Creator of the Universe with my prayers (and even ask him to tell my dad hi), I can most certainly continue to write, e-mail and call my Representatives, the media, the President and Governor Bush (and anyone else I can think of).

I think the man has an anger problem, and his lawyer is smart enough to keep him out of the public eye, unless he is there to kick his shins!

Bless your heart. I really needed those hugs. Right now, I am so angry at my fellow man that as far as I am concern they can all go to hell in a handbasket. To see this beautiful human being who has been thru so much hell and yet clings to life which should be a testament to all as to how valuable and special life is and yet, some people though God knows what is in their hearts and souls refuses to see this for what it truly is. What is wrong with her being with her parents to live for how ever long till God calls her home. Why is it so damn important that the woman be made to die and in such a barbaric manner? DAMN IT, Why can't they step back and think for a moment. Stop thinking about "me, mine" for a change and think that just maybe there might be something that is bigger than you, yourself?

I think Greer's position requires an active law license, but I don't know for certain.
