I have been belligerent in advocating the restoration of checks and balances in our government and the upholding of the inalienable rights of American citizens. If I advocate the overthrow of anything, it is the overthrow of the usurpation of both legislative and executive power by a runaway judiciary.

On the wise guy charge... I plead guilty, your Honor.

I don't know the full context of what you are arguing, but there is no such thing as "judicial law" .

And plainly the Constitution has not been followed in this case - the Congress ordered the court to proceed with a trial de novo, which they are specifically granted power by the Constitution to do so, and the judges of the Federal Courts refused.

Get a grip lady. There is no such thing s "judicial law" -

"Da Judges" do not make law...although lately they behave as if they do and they are getting away with it.
