Congress subpoenaed Terri Schiavo. Then, they did not enforce the subpoena.

Jeb Bush sent state agents to seize Terri and then backed down when the local police told him they wouldn't let them in.

I think this is urban legion. O'Reily had the orginal source on his show and debunked the story.
