Not a single person who attacks the Bush brothers for their alleged inaction in this case have mounted a single commando style mission on the hospice to free Terri themselves.

They have to ask themselves if they've done enough.

If her consciousness is gone completely, then we are doing no harm to her as a person to keep her body alive. If it is not gone completely, then we are committing murder. So let's not fool ourselves that we're doing her any favors by "letting her die." We're not.

"Jeb is not to blame in my opinon.. You know who is? That d*ckhead husband of hers."

And the small town, crony infested judiciary and LE of Pinellas county. MS is fortunate to have found a Death Zealot like Felos and to have the money from the malpractice award to engage this nut job on the case. This has made all the difference. See: "Why Terri's Parents Lost: The Real Story" -

What about it editorially do you object to?

I've got nothing against Jeb Bush's speech. And no, there's no abuse here. But you describing it saying, "I could not have found anything more ironic", seemed like an invitation to "blame Bush" and I'm getting sick of that.

So he's a hypocrite, Tom DeLay too, what's the big deal? I doesn't take away from the fact that this is an issue that's best resolved through the legislative branch.

He is the supreme executive of Florida, he believes an injustice is taking place, and he has decided to....

Follow the law? Good or bad, that is what he must do.

Oh, here it comes, another Jeb is a Judas thread.

Jeb is no Judas. He's more of a Peter.

At the very least, Governor Jeb Bush should respond to Michael Schiavo's explicit public invitation, by showing up unannounced with everyone and everything he needs to make a final and sudden decision on whether he should attempt to save Terri's life right now.

Are you guys actually dense enough to believe he hasn't already seen these constitutional arguments?

Make up your minds, bozos. Is he ignorant of the law or willfully ignoring it?

If Jeb grabbed Terry, saying the judges' rulings are unconstitutional, how would he go to jail?

He could state that the executive is a co-equal branch of government and thus has an equal opportunity to voice which laws are constitutional or not. In essence, as a co-equal partner in government, the executive can make arguments on which statutes are constitutional or not.

As such, it would be up to the legislature to impeach Jeb or not. If he were impeached, he would make his case before the legislation and the lawmakers would vote to remove him or not.

This scenario, I believe, is allowed under Florida law.

Your's sounds reasonable enough. I wouldn't use the "Treason" word, either.

The "Road Less Traveled" was a certain prominent man's for the taking.

To make a stand not only on behalf of Terri Schiavo and preservation of the Truth, but on the coming Terri Schiavos of the world, who will also be subject to civicide due to Judicial Tyranny, which has tested it's strength and has seen no resistance--it will only thirst for more power and more death.

He took another route, though.

Now people put up the straw-dog argument i.e., "Hey American in Tokyo? What do you want? A bloody showdown between the state and local forces?" This, too, shows what poor excuses utilizing dream-like scenarios with limited outcome possibilities, in lieu of True Leadership and Accountability, (such rationalizations which by nature must necessarily be made by loyal followers), are floating out there.

According to a number of well-respected legal advisors, Gov. Bush has the power and the authority to remove Terri from harm's way. The posters you are castigating do not. So, the argument you are trying to make is a non sequitur.

"For all ostensible purposes she is totally functionless other than to lie there day after day, year after year..

You sound just like a lady that was on my local news when asked about the Schiavo case.

She said; pull the plug. LOOK AT HER, SHE IS JUST LAYING THERE DOING NOTHING.

Sad, Sad, Sad, when we as a society have judged the worth of human beings.

Dogs and cats just lay around all day doing nothing, but I bet you and that women have love for them and find worth in them.
