According to a number of well-respected legal advisors, Gov. Bush has the power and the authority to remove Terri from harm's way. The posters you are castigating do not. So, the argument you are trying to make is a non sequitur.

Good points. Of course, Jeb Bush could have saved Terri. But he didn't. If he were charged with something, his brother could always pardon him. Clinton even pardoned a drug dealer and a pedophile.

If Jeb had taken her, and she died, LAWSUIT time.

If Jeb had taken her, and she lived, LAWSUIT time.

ANYONE here who thinks he should break the law and take her HAS THAT SAME OPTION

ANYONE here who thinks he has a moral right to take her HAS THAT SAME OPTION.

This Bush bashing has GOT TO STOP!!

Some are in the game, some are in the stands yelling and complaining. I think Monday Morning Quarterbacking is fine if at some point you were on the field. thank you.
