I don't want to be a hotlinker, but no matter which side of this you're on, you'll have to admit that this is the funniest take on this case yet - and it's aimed squarely at us.

Know what you mean. You made some pretty good points on the DU/FR thread yesterday...before it got pulled.
That cartoon is right on the money.

I don't think there is any thing funny about Terri startving to death either. However, I can find this cartoon's ability to be dead on target as to our division amongst ourselves to be quite amusing.
To: MikeinIraq
yeah, it's about right ;-)

Yep, and unlike Terri's death, this is "beautiful", and serene. This is what it looks like when people believe in the ideology of truth. As opposed to the ideology of blind unity for political expedience.

Nice to see that you're still around after those out of line attacks on you yesterday. If I had been subjected to that, I probably would have left for good.

This is exactly what I have been complaining about for over a week now. :D And how much have you complained about the injustice being done the past week?

I was just trying to state the obvious....
who would have thunk that a slimey troll would have posted a thread that actually made some sort of sense for a change?

Whats even funnier is if we all agreed with each other on this, the MSM would say that we are 'marching in lockstep'.
A little dissent in the party is a good thing. There is no way I'd leave over what is in the end a matter of personal opinion, on both sides. It would be handing the country over to those who I really oppose, and would be rather self-defeating.

I agree. And it's not just us. I trolled over in DUmmie land a few days ago and saw some posters actually making decent arguments to save Terry.
Of course, they were the minority and were soon shouted down, insulted, and screamed at by the rest of the sorry rabble.

Hmmm, that would be us alright. I don't think there was one single angle, approach or opinion that we missed.

I don't find anything funny about Terri being starved to death.Well, good, because it wasn't meant to be funny. But hey, let's look at a political cartoon that shows the truth, and try to start an argument over that, too, huh?
Sounds to me like you piss and moan about stuff just to hear yourself piss and moan.

And although I am almost certain we have traded barbs over this issue, I am very very glad to see that well reasoned post speaking the absolute truth of and in the matter.....
