Plenty of people have judged him based solely on hysterical opinion. Just look around.

That's what I meant; though I suspect you're just mincing words. By continuing to throw out the "murder" term, you're showing yourself to be one of the folks I've referenced repeatedly here tonight.

Good night.

All you're doing is implying - and you're not even waiting for responses, which would seem to indicate that you're becoming hysterical.

Some of my responses have been split in two, but my responses have been in response to things you wrote.

Further down, you made the all-present if-then statement about murder.

I have stated my reasons for believing that the diagnosis of PVS was not done in credible fashion. I have asked for you to either challenge specific assertions with which you disagree, or provide evidence of incurable PVS which would be credible even if my assertions were true. If there is legitimate basis for declaring Terri to be PVS, you should be able to do one or other of these things.

Of course, it'll probably be easier for you to just ignore the question of whether the PVS diagnosis was railroaded and instead harp on about how unfair it is for others to butt in, ignoring the fact that if the assertions are true there is every reason to butt in. But say what you will--I'm sure lurkers will figure it out.

Thanks for your sentiment.

Some folks can disagree like grownups, others let their emotions get the better of them - which doesn't do them OR THEIR CAUSE (are you listening folks? Doubtful.) any good.

We can sit here going back and forth all day on Cat Scans versus MRIs, with various sources (Doctors, etc...) that all hold on eopinion or another...

However, there is one small minor thing you are forgetting: The argument is pointless because Terri Shiavo can't have an MRI done - and no doctor will get up there and say she can. Not one.

I fell, collasped actually, a few years ago when I was a mere 70 years old and some bones were "cracked" in two places.... but I was unconscious because I had a heart attack and THAT WAS more important to the docs than checking for a "cracked" leg bone and a "cracked" ankle bone.

The breaks were found many days later.

Docs miss some things when a heart attack is suspected. I certainly could not have told them that my leg was hurting.

I think the docs missed lots of things with Terri and some day, maybe the truth will come out after all.

Actually, lurkers will read all of my posts and recognize that I'm refusing to be baited by an argument that doesn't go anywhere. As I have repeatedly stated, all I can opine in this case is based on my wishes - and short of incontrovertable proof of wrongdoing, MO is that people should butt out. It's not your place, it's not mine, and it sure as heck shouldn't be the political circus it's become.

Sorry to spoil your last word party.

How would you like to be married to these types of people?

Are you suggesting that MS couldn't simply file for divorce?

You are coming across as someone who is anxious to see this lady dead. I don't understand that. Is this some kind of kinky kick; what is in it for you whether this lady lives or dies?

I read the entire post the first time and I am capable of reducing an argument down to it's core and then either accept or reject it. Also I resent the accusation that mine is a knee jerk reaction. I read and read and read many posts in this thread complaining about pro-life posters being irrational and insulting. My post to you was rational and not insulting but yours back was insulting so maybe yall need to rethink your behavior. Now since all you can do repost same old same old you have no rational objection to my doing the same.

Your entire premise is based on MS knowing that Terry wants to die. 12 days of no water, not a drop, and she is still fighting for life. Terry does not want to die.

Well, I believe that Terri should have been given an MRI or PET

and some here imply - "I guess you think it's a conspiracy that she didn't"

I believe along w/you and so do many good neurologists. a crime is happening - yet some say, just keep your cool - let it happen - and we'll fix it the next time. We'll do this, we'll do that. First time a judge ruled from a bench? Nope! Complacency got us in this mess while - BUT JUST DON"T GET emotional - this is America - we're cool, we're safe, we'll get it down. What they are really are saying is....someone else will get it done.

Guess what - Jeb is emotional over this mess too! Otherwise he would have given up like some here have and say - "Terri is dead - we'll just move on and accept it. TOO many of these posts, yada, yada". "There is more going on in the world besides this". Jeb is still working on it today - according to Jay Sekoleo ACLJ. He isn't flying off the seat of his pants - with I BELIEVE there is CSF, etc. No - He is still looking for some answers - still digging deep. Looking at facts! Justlike you AmericaUnited! Thank you.

The argument is pointless because Terri Shiavo can't have an MRI done - and no doctor will get up there and say she can

And here's some more ammo to blow that one completely out of the water...

So why hasn’t an MRI been done for Terri? That question has never been satisfactorily answered. George Felos has argued that an MRI can’t be done because of thalamic implants that were placed in Terri’s skull during the last attempt at therapy, dating back to 1992. But Felos’s contention ignores the fact that these implants could be removed. Indeed, the doctor who put them in instructed Michael to have them removed. Michael has never done so.

The most obvious possible explanation for what would otherwise be inexplicable behavior is that Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and Judge Greer don’t want to admit any information that would upset the diagnosis they already have. Dr. Morin, when told that Michael had refused an MRI, and that Judge Greer had confirmed the decision, said: “He refused a non-invasive test? People trying to do the right thing want the best and most complete information available. We don't have that in Terri’s case.” Dr. Bell agreed with this assessment, saying, “It seems as though they’re fearful of any additional information.”

Not everybody, but some folks have some serious issues with MANY other conservative issues. Check it out yourself. Look at the prior posts if you like. You may be surprised.... but maybe not.

It doesn't blow it out of the water - ya know why? Because the stimulator implants in her head are STILL there - you just said so yourself.

So, if she can't have an MRI done, without surgery first (do you think she'd survive surgery at this point? I don't...) to remove the implants, what should be done?

How about a PET Scan? A PET scan is more valuable anyway - it will measure actual brain activity.

So, join me in asking that a PET Scan get done instead. How 'bout it?

I'm talking about how it would be to be married to folks who want to ram their holier-than-thou attitudes/wishes down your throat, despite what you actually may want/need.

And I only base my opinion (as I've said repeatedly, and say again for the folks either too lazy or too obtuse to read and comprehend what I only said a few posts back, and at least a half-dozen times prior)on what I would want - and fully admit that it is only MY OPINION, and means nothing to anyone outside my family. In otherwords, it's irrelevant to every one of my posts, and thusly your increasingly hysterical responses.

Your crass statement just further proves my earlier comment about you. Turn your hysterics on someone irrational enough to stoop to your level.

Did the poster respond to you yet? I wanted to see it also. Thanks for asking.

12 days of no water, not a drop, and she is still fighting for life. Terry does not want to die.

All medical professionals know what tremendous power/effect the 'will to die' or 'will to live' has on a person in critical condition. People that want to die, go very fast. Terri does not want to die. She has proved this the other two times also.

And just how do you happen to know that he is acting out of vindictiveness?

Maybe because he is hell-bent on causing Terri's REAL family as much pain as possible. But, of course, you already know that, and are just here to "stir the pot", so to speak.

What, now you're interested in getting some more facts, after she's most likely irreparably harmed? What a guy!

My premise has nothing to do with assuming that I know what Terri wanted - only to say that, without prove of anything else, folks should mind their own business.

I only posted my original post, because it seemed apparent to me that you hadn't read it - since, like many others, you came in late, and started insinuating that I somehow WANT this woman to die.

I've repeated myself enough tonight - please read the above comments to others, and glean what you may out of my posts. If you are still unclear as to my opinion, feel free to ask for clarification.

I apologize if I came across a little strong; I've got a lot of folks all of the sudden (surprise, surprise) putting words in my mouth and thoughts in my head, judging without thinking or even trying to comprhend what I originally said. So I did a little of what I accused you of, and I apologize.

Now, if everyone will excuse me - It's beer-thirty, and the neighborhood watering hole is calling.

Now's the chance for the hysterical ones to get in their smug last words - that is, if they haven't already done so while I'm typing this.

"are you listening folks? Doubtful."

In the old usenet news days we would call posts like your flame bait. It was a tactic used by trolls to stir the pot and reduce a thread to flames. Well flame baiting always works so no doubt you will catch a fish and then get your chance to get on your soap box and pound your chest. enjoy.
