After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
I agree, just called Hastart's office and asked his assistant to start an investigation on the ties between the hospice organization and the Hemlock society. I told him families should know if the hospice they are entrusting the care of their loved ones is getting finacial support from the Hemlock society.
no matter where Terri's ashes, she will come back to HAUNT him big time. God has a way of bringing truth home to even the most wicked!!
I am always mystified why people think that it should be only our soldiers that must die to protect life, liberty and freedom.
I would like them to start an investigation on how all the judges in this case let a woman be horribly murdered just so they could prove a point to the Congress and the POTUS.

Did you read the link posted yesterday of Jeb's PROMISES in 1998 when he was tryin to get elected? The Promises had to do with the disabled, children etc. WHAT A WIMP and besides that, every word of the speech was a lie. Jeb Bush HAS NOT done everything he can. He has EXECUTIVE powers but he, and only he, REFUSES to use them in the State in which he could. President Bush also has EXECUTIVE powers. They can enact an EXECUTIVE ORDER anytime they want. They BOTH deserve the criticism they are getting on this issue. THEY have bowed their spaghetti legs to Judicial tyrants.

I've eaten too. We live in a country with an enormous amount of food. We ship food to the starving in other countrys. I've even heard of ships dumping food in the ocean because too much had been grown. We've been blessed with a fertile country.
I remember a story about a couple from Poland visiting the U.S. and couldn't believe the amount of food on the shelves in our grocery stores.
I now live in a country that has knowingly starved to death another fellow citizen. If their not ashamed then I'm ashamed for them.

I'm here pollywog! It's been a hectic couple of days since my son got home from Denmark. Too much happening too fast.
My husband got into an accident and I had to leave right after that to drive 3 1/2 hours to the airport to pick up my son. The flight kept getting delayed, we had to drive around San Antonio at 3am to find a hotel, overslept at the hotel and had to rush home to make it to a Hope banquet.
The banquet was beautiful, but I kept thinking of Terri as I sat looking at all that food. No matter what God has planned, Terri is a miracle. I hope that one day she will know how many people's lives she's changed and how many brothers and sisters in Christ she's brought together.
I am far from brilliant- but I am DEAD SERIOUS!
Let's see how shiny he looks when millions of Americans put a memorial of some sort on thier property and he gets all upset...
Will he go after ALL of us? Or just the Schindlers?

I absolutely agree with your post. I too pray that Terri accepted Christ as her Saviour in her younger years. I also pray that this situation will cause others to look at "things of eternal value". Yes, when things like this and all the other gruesome things that seem to be happening on all sides, I too believe Jesus is coming soon. Come quickly, Lord Jesus for it is almost unbearable anymore on this earth.
