After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
I had friends tell me some about it. I never saw it.
Jeb Bush could still do something. I hope he had a grand Easter with his family.
"Polls would have shown "Two-Thirds Oppose American Revolution"--"
in fact, it is my understanding that many more did than one would think...
good night.
Good nite !
I am clueless about Scientology
I think you are right at least I hope so, Terry seems to be a fighter or G*d is keeping her alive to shame the powerful and us. But someone has to do something fast how many days now 10? 11? I can not believe this is allowed to contnue.
So was I until I started to get bits and pieces about it off FR. I just thought it was some weird sci-fi make believe religion that people put about as much actual trust in as they do Dungeons and Dragons games. Little did I know.
I hope He returns soon! I've felt on my heart all weekend that it is more important that others come to know Christ, than my putting all my energy into trying to change our government. I just don't know. I feel like I've been asleep for 36 years and just woke up. This world and everything in it will be gone. How much better it would be to help someone know God that might have been doomed to eternity without him before. I keep hearing Jesus say, "Peter, do you love me? Feed my sheep."
What I don't understand is why no one seems outraged by all the others who are apparently experiencing the same situation in other hospitals across the country. They matter too. It's like Terri is the symbol of them all now and since Jeb can't stop it he's a major villain to some. But there are other governors presiding over this death by starvation and they have been for a while, according to what we have learned lately. And unlike Gov. Bush, they have done nothing at all.
Here are some links, but I'll warn you....when you read and realize what is happening, you will be sick.

Did you read about operation Snow White? (getting goosebumps)
You and me both hon! How could we not see these times as trials and tribulations, when people in our own and other countries are being jailed for anti-homosexual speech? We are being persecuted as Christians.. it is legally and ethically acceptable to publically bash Christians in America... Christians are not covered under hate crime laws...
as someone so aptly said "first they came for the disabled.."
Bump to find in the mornin'.....night all.
g'night swamp cat.. blessed sleep to you.
nite sweet granny! blessed sleep!
You mean it isn't?
Hi Awestruck!!!!!!!!!!!
Christians are not covered under hate crime laws...
That is because they call "us" the haters!!!!
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was B L I N D, but now, I see.
T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...
the hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares...
we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...
and Grace will lead us home.
The Lord has promised good to me...
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be...
as long as life endures.
When we've been here ten thousand years...
bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise...
then when we've first begun.
