After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.

Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.

Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.

The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

It's too big for that now. This case has become too big in American Conservatism and Pro-Life movements.

They cannot stop it.

Nobody can stop it. Life or death, no matter what the outcome. We are past the 'tipping point'. Deathocrats and do-nothing PLINOs cannot put it back in the box.

Then who do we blame fer the fact that Terri is still gonna die any day now? You wanna blame it all on Dubyuh? Or do you wanna channel yer anger towards something constructive and help us figger out how to bring the Judiciary Branch back within the Constitutional system of Checks and Balances? I say we work on getting the Judiciary back in line!!"

Judge Greer is Republican supported by the Republican party. Two of the three judges were Republicans that heard the appeal above him. Half the Republican commentators have not supported Terri's rights. Until the feeding tube was pulled Rush Limbaugh ignored Terri's case. Everyone excused him, because he had a case pending and believed wrongly that he could not say anything. Well his case is still pending, but he waits until the tube is pulled to weigh in on this case.

Until this happened, I was not afraid of the executive branch, fulfilling their duty. I thought the Bush brothers would act to protect our rights. I am more worried about the executive and the legislative branch rolling over and playing dead, than I am the legislative branch. We supposedly have three coequal branches of the government, not one supreme judicial branch. This is a travesty that cannot be fixed by appointing more Republican judges. Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy was appointed by a Republican. The executive and legislative branch must uphold the Constitution as well.

Republicans are in charge of the House, the Senate, the WhiteHouse, the Florida Governorship and they say they can't do anything. I just don't believe it. The House Bill which was far superior to the Senate bill, could not get through both houses of Congress in tact. All they needed was a majority and the President's signature. The House and Senate issued subpoenas, which were promptly ignored. Since when can a subpoena issued by Congress be ignored. Do we get to pick and choose which laws are followed.

God gives us hope. God is life. Terri said where there's life there's hope.

Even if our bodies lead unto death, we have Hope in God....Terri has been the illumination into the death culture being legislated against us.

Without this knowledge, our country would have no hope for a future, as it appears it has become utterly corrupt from within.

God has let us see what has gone on, and that knowledge is a powerful enemy against this evil.

Terri will always live, no matter what has been done to her. She is and always will be, very much alive in each one of us.

Dear God. My heart's desire is to see YOU. You said, blessed is the pure in heart for they shall see God. My heart is broken at seeing my sister Terri abandoned and beaten. The enemy is thickening against your child. They look to seperate the rest of your children to devour them too. They seem ravenously hungry.. Please deliver us from EVIL. Please help Terri and all of us who are in alignment with you. Help us God all Glory and honor is yours.

Just spoke with one of the Florida Sen's office...they are done with session for today unless called to special session. Committees are meeting this afternoon.

I asked about the supposed commitment mentioned by JJ yesterday. As far as they know they do not have 3 more votes to ok the bill and it would have to be brought up for consideration by one of those who previously voted no.

The term 'public servant' no longer applies, and therein lies the problem.

People no longer go into politics to serve 'we the people' but to insure a wealthy and powerful future for themselves and their offspring.

Look how many politicians now are second and third generation. They are like royalty just handing the mantle of power down as they go.

How cruel of them, and of the 11th for that matter, because they are only getting most of all Terri's family's hopes up.
