After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
It is weighing so much on my heart.
FReeper Sun sent me, via freepmail, the date and DENIAL of Greer to allow a hearing on this HORRIFIC EXAMPLE, this CONCRETE EXAMPLE, of astounding pain and ABUSE Terri suffered UNDER the CARE of Michael.
I am PRAYING that this BONE SCAN and the notation below reach the eyes and ears of the media.
With the QUESTION ATTACHED:
What GUARDIAN, no matter HOW MUCH HE HATED HIS WIFE, would FIGHT having massive BONE BREAKAGE TRAUMA INVESTIGATED?
Why did Judge GREER state that the BONE SCAN FINDINGS were 'INTERESTING' but NOT RELEVANT?
Greer is the de facto GUARDIAN of TERRI's interests and he BLOWS OFF EVIDENCE of BROKEN RIBS, a FEMUR bone in her leg, TWO AREAS where her BACK WAS BROKEN, MANGLED KNEES and ANKLES, and HE FINDS SUCH FINDINGS.................

What kind of HELLISH JUDICIAL PRACTICE is this horror ENGAGED IN?

And this BONE SCAN WAS DONE 53 WEEKS after Terri's COLLAPSE.
I find this simply ASTOUNDING! And worse that HORRIFIC!
Folks---please help get this bone scan, that actual bone scan, out to the media, ESPECIALLY to the folks at FOX NEWS...who care about Terri.
INCLUDE the RULING JUDGE GREER MADE and the date the Schindler's brought this to the courts attention (REMEMBER.........MICHAEL KEPT THE MEDICAL RECORDS OF TERRI SEALED....question about that, too...WHY?)
Will put the Date of the Bone Scan presented to Greer as a request for a hearing about Terri's horrific injuries in next post...
Good morning all. Just up here in Los Angeles. I feel like a tatered rag this morning. Anything new happen since midnight, los Angeles time? Praying continually for Terri.
GWB tried at least. His brother still holds the keys to Terri's life but refuses to save her. I don't know how he can sleep at night. Last time I saw his ugly face on TV, he looked tormented but I think pride will not allow him to step in now. He would look even more foolish. He has made the fatal mistake. It is sad beyond belief. This is his legacy: He let Terri be tormented and tortured by unjust men and he turned his back on her and walked away.

George W. Greer is getting a "high" from murder. It may be the "power" high from being an "almightly" judge. Or it may be some kind of undisclosed "philia" relating to death. And to think that some would defend this monster because he has worn an "R" label.
I don't want to pretend to read Jeb's mind, but this is what has occurred to me: Did he possibly think that if he put in a stop gap measure to save her that he'd run into the same "unconstitutional" situation as before...and would, therefore, be putting her through the same torment a fourth time?
Rush was commenting about that. He said it was all a sham designed to further the culture of death's agenda. Just sick!
Yes, Rush "exposes" Felos, but that is useless to Terri right now. Were he to have challenged Jeb Bush as did the Thomas More Society, he may have had more credibility and impact. Certainly, no one was "later" to the defense of Terri than Rush: at the time of the tube removal no less. Even his brother David was on board earlier.

Besides...WHAT GUARDIAN would NOT WANT to know WHAT HAPPENED to their ward, if that WARD had been SUFFERING from BROKEN BONES....THIS DEMANDS AN EXPLANATION.
For a judge to say it is "INTERESTING" but " NOT RELEVANT" is SICK!

Not 'relevant' to TERRI's WELL BEING?
WHY DID THIS CREEP DENY A HEARING ON THE BONE SCAN FINDINGS?
DID HE NOT HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO ACT ON TERRI's BEHALF?
Or is JUDGE GREER just interested in acting IN ONE INSTANCE on Terri's behalf...the SO CALLED wish of her's to die?
If someone was BEATING the SHIT out of TERRI....was THAT OK WITH JUDGE GREER?

Lord, we delight this morning to see that our little sister, Terri, is still alive today by your grace and mercy. We ask you to utterly confound the ravenous wolves and vultures that surround her by keeping her completely healthy -- guard and protect her organs, keep them totally operational. Give her food and water they do not know about, and let any evil they plot against her fail. If they try to over-morphine her, Lord, just let that act as MOISTURE to her body and not poison. Bind satan, most High...what is he to You? You created HIM! Lord, we pray for Terri's continued existence, and we pray that you will keep her totally free of pain and fear. We look forward to hearing the stories she tells. In Jesus name.
And Lord...please protect and guard EVERYONE involved in Terri's fight. Surround them with safety. In Jesus name.

The Schindlers have another court of appeals promise. This looks to be a pretty good chance.
But, I'm not exactly sure which court.... You probably knew this before you went to bed.;-) I'm rambling, I guess.
Maybe, Just maybe, they will re-insert the tube, until they can decide.
We must continue praying and believing.

How is the Court of Appeals a good chance, LadyPilgrim? I admit I've lost enough faith in these horrible courts to not keep up with this particular aspect. I just kinda saw Court of Appeals and said, Yeah, right. What are they saying?

Not only did Jeb walk away and ignore the legal advice of groups like the Thomas More Society, but he said he was "concerned" for MRS too!
True, Rush did wait until the day the tube was removed to begin talking about the case, but I don't at all doubt his sincerity. I think he knew that he would be talking about it for a long time and didn't want to exhaust it too early. This case has enormous implications, many of which have not come to light until the last week or so. I applaud his efforts to expose these people for who they really are, despite enormous pressure from some listeners to stop talking about it. As he said, he's following his instincts and his instincts say to keep going. Also, despite his having discussed other subjects during part of his show this week, all the callers still go back to the Schiavo case. I believe that the more Felos and his death squads show their true colors, the more the tide of public opinion will turn against them, and Rush is there to bring it to the light of day.

We have two options today right? from the legislature, and from the judical. The Fed court of appeal and the FL. Legislature. Anyone care to give any time table and updates as to what you are hearing about either, today??? I have sorted through the posts but cannot see anything concrete about the what and when.
