After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
you can find Terri's bone scan just by googling images re: Terri Schiavo. Look for a medical record called bone scan. It's ez.
Word has it that Felos had no idea that the appeal was filed! He found out really late when CNN radio contacted him for reaction. He says its a deperate attempt and won't work...let's pray he is WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I am seeing on Fox that the Petition is being allowed...so I am thinking they will have all 12 review it....I hope I am right, but that is all it is saying right now

Very scary...that "church" has been one of the things I've been praying about.
I have a question about the scientology connection. I was under the impression that Greta Vanwhatever was a scientologist....While it appears she is on MS side, her questions seemed way more balanced tonight. Does anyone know if she is?

well I have to get my 6 year old grandson up and off to school tomorrow. We have custody of him right now. I guess my body better get some sleep. Puter stays on 24/7 so I may check in several hours from now if I get up!!

It is appalling. There is a sense of apprehension hanging in the air. A very strong sense of apprehension.

LOL! I don't have cable, either. In fact, I rarely watch TV!
One of the arguments in the appeal is that the federal court violated a supreme court precedent that says you have to look at the full record and not just prodecural history of the state court. They have new evidence that makes Michael's statements as to Terri's wishes not credible.
