After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

I don't get it either. I have noticed some getting more adamant about their position the more people wake up and take Terri's side, especially people like Rush, Coulter, etc.
We have a concierge desk set up under the sky for arrivals right in front of Hospice Woodside to the right of the right hand cop station at the entrance.
IF ANYONE IS COMING TO HOSPICE WOODSIDE, BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK YOUR CAR. NOT AT THE GROCERY STORE OR APARTMENT COMPLEX.

There is also a PETITION FOR A MUCH NEEDED CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION at that desk.
It's just like here at FR. Every day more are arriving and I hear over and over "We cannot leave."
Larry Klayman planned on dropping by for half a day but he ended up staying for four days. He wore the same suit for four days.
Picture Rick Santorum, Sean Hannity, Larry Klayman and Randall Terry standing around this evening by the satellite trucks. Add Terri's family, close friends, lots of freepers, Friars from Minnesota in their traditional garb, Bush lovers, Bush haters, Greer haters, which INCLUDES EVERYONE IMO. Ministers, Priests, prayer warriors, families, individuals, A CONTINUOUS DRUM BEAT OF TERRI'S HEART BEAT. It is indescribable how it feels to go down there. It is life changing. Ok...update CNN---the appeal mainly focuses on the contention that Terri told MS her wishes were not to be on any kind of life support and Gibbs is appealing that he wants a denovo review because that fact is in dispute and there isn't enough info...they want a de novo review but the tube in NOW because it will take a while to sort it all out...they were supposed to have this filing in by last Sat. but the 11th gave them an extension of time...we have to hope they (the 12 judge panel) will hear the case....BRAND NEW.

Terri had communion wine, I don't know how much but apparently that doesn't mean she can swallow, no reason to revisit if she can swallow or not. Greer said "the law of the case is that she will die. (isn't that the kind of guardianship judge we want for our loved ones?)
So if the 12 judge panel won't hear the case, it might just be heard by a single Judge or a smaller panel??
Also I get the feeling that the TUBE could be reinserted by tomorrow? I mean do they just go in and say we are going to review this " insert the tube now while we do?" I know this sounds childish, but hey legal, I really haven't a clue how it works. All I want you to tell me is YES, the tube will be reinserted.......*G*

No...they went straight to en banc...so if they say no, then its no. If they grant injunctive relief the tube comes back immediately. Pray for that first.
