After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Well, I didn't mean just this minute that I saw the video.....I saw it just a couple days ago.
Pepper said "On Saturday, March 19th, I saw a Video on CNN. I was horrified to see Terri with her shirt pulled up and HER FEEDING TUBE STINKING OUT OF HER STOMACH. Some on this board/thread told me I was wrong, it was NOT Terri."
But she saw a video again, on CNN, and it confirmed to her that it was, indeed, Terri AND Michael in it.
I confirmed I probably saw that one, as well. I believe it was shown on CNN (as you may know, I have stopped watching Fox, as their coverage concerning Terri has been absolutely untrue, except for Hannity/Gibson/Barnes). I saw Michael's face in the video, lifting up/rearranging Terri's clothes, exposing her stomache, a portion of her breast, and the feeding tube.

Sean saying the family just sits in that gift shop when they can't get in the hospice.
Sean was in the room when JJ came in to see the family in the gift shop. It was good-natured between them, even though Hannity has criticized him in the past. They have been at odds for years.
JJ prayed with the family, and Sean says genuinely and sincerely gave comfort to the family.
Right after prayer session, the family felt there was an opportunity here for avenues for hope, JJ started calling the Black Caucus in Tallahassee.
There is a possibility that he's making some inroads with them, though Sean doesn't want to give too much hope to the family since they've been through so much already.
Sean says maybe a 10% to 15% chance of this working.
A lot of crying when the family and others saw JJ enter the room to see them.

But there is everything miraculous and nothing "normal" about the way the universe is formed, about the way a human eyeball works, about that most sophisticated of computers, the human brain. Every day we see miracles from your hand. Let us see a miracle here in Terri's case as well, and you will receive the glory and honor, Most High, that we too often keep from you when we look at a sunset or a child or a rainbow. Lord Jesus, keep Terri's organs operating, let anything these evil people try to do to her fail, and feed her with water only you and she know about, and give her food that only you and she are aware of! In Jesus name!

Michael Reagan is 100,000,000. percent behind Terri's family. We need to thank those who are supporting Terri and blast those who are against Terri with the Truth.
We also need to get more truth to those who are supporting Terri. Most who are supporting her, have no idea of the depth of dellusion that is going on. I Thank the Lord in Heaven for Scoop and her newspaper.
Hannity is reporting that Clinton is behind the Democrats being against Terri. It figures.

Since last night, I have had a renewed and strong sense that GoD wants us to keep praying. He wants to hear from us. Which is why I haven't been on much because that is exactly what I'm doing...
Judge Greer deals with backlash from Schiavo case

The circuit court judge at the center of the Terri Schiavo controversy is taking heavy criticism from those who oppose his rulings in the case.
George Greer has repeatedly ruled in favor of Michael Schiavo, who asked to have his wife's feeding tube removed, angering those who wanted Schiavo's tube to remain in.
"Judge Greer should be removed," said a protester Monday outside Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, where Schiavo lives. "He has chosen not to obey the law."
Greer has left his church, Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater, partly because of the Schiavo case. A publication written by Pastor William Rice in 2003 said, "The Schiavo case is a tortuous case, and although the case seems complex it is as simple as 'Thou shalt not kill.' "
Attorney Robert Dickenson, who has known Greer for 20 years, said he is disgusted by what people have said about Greer and says some statements about the judge are slanderous to Greer's reputation.
"To see someone vilified, called a Nazi, Hitler and a murderer is very upsetting to me and very demeaning to the legal profession," Dickenson said.
Greer reportedly has around-the-clock protection because of his safety being threatened. Ron Stewart, a public information officer for the Pinellas County Court System, would not confirm those reports because doing so might compromise Greer's safety.

That's a legacy I'd be proud of if I was either one of them.

I can't think of one.

JJ is a true humanitarian, and I take back everything I ever said or thought about him in the past.
Jesse Jackson seeks government intervention for Schiavo

"They're starving her to death,'' Rev Jesse Jackson said. "They're dehydrating her to death, and that's inhumane. That tube should be reinstated. She is not brain dead; she is brain impaired. There is no rational reason for this to happen.''
Jackson said he spoke by phone today with five senators about creating emergency legislation to stop the starving and dehydration. He also left a message with Governor Bush and spoke with Michael Schiavo about praying with Terri, but was denied.
"There's something about this woman's will to live that's touching the hearts of people around the nation and around the world. Maybe this will raise the issue of how we handle long-term health care.
"We appeal to all involved, who have the power to make a decision, please help us some way to get food and water to Terri. Law must be tempered with mercy to have justice.
"It's a great moment when lions and lambs, black and white, liberals and conservatives can come together and find common ground. We should not stand back and watch her die when we have the means to save her.''

OTOH, to see someone starved and dehydrated to death at the order of a judge, who has gone around the law, broken laws, made law, is even MORE UPSETTING to me and worse than DEMEANING to TERRI and all THOSE WHOSE VERY LIVES ARE AT STAKE BECAUSE OF THEIR CRIME OF BEING DISABLED.
