Complaint has been FILED. NOW WHAT? How fast can this be moved??? Rush was saying yesterday that Gonzalez hindered DOJ efforts to support the Congressional law in the courts. I have no idea where Rush got that info, but it makes it seem that Gonzalez is also poll influenced in his decisions.
