Noam Chomsky:

Mind you, I am a LIBERTARIAN socialist!

(Hastily looks up definition of the word "libertarian" in his Merriam-Webster Dictionary.)

I never said I was a "libertarian socialist." Really, I don't know where you're getting this crap from.

Chomsky has the same quality and quantity of intellectual integrity as Bobby Fischer. ;')

Hey, didn't I see you at the libertarian socialist convention? :*D

Here's a Marxist article analyzing and criticizing Chomsky's "anarchism"--it's funny watching Marxists and anarchists fight to decide who gets to define the party line:

It's not an uncommon pattern - in India there's a Marxist Party, but they don't cause much grief because they spend most of their time fighting with their mortal enemies: The Indian Marxist-Leninist Party

Don't know. I imagine "I F***ed Mark Morford" patches are hot sellers, though.

Only because of the bulk discount.

According to my brother, there isn't much that is funnier than a meeting of organized Anarchists. :P

It must be hell engraving wedding invitations when two people from entirely different Indian Marxist parties decide to marry.

My sister...my daughter...my sister...my daughter...

Libertarian socialists gotta have a real internal struggle figuring out some way to compromise two completely at-odds philosophies. Must be like rooting for the Yankees and the Red Sox at the same time.

One of my favorites. Roman Polanski may be a sexual predator, but he sure directed the **** out of that.

"Unite against the common enemy!" "The Judean People's Front?" "No, the Romans!"

LORETTA: Oh. I thought we were the Popular Front.
REG: People's Front! C-huh.
FRANCIS: Whatever happened to the Popular Front, Reg?
REG: He's over there.

Labisse: If you ever come back, I will have you thrown out.
Toddy: Don't make it sound like such a threat. Being thrown out of a place like this is significantly better than being thrown out of a leper colony.

Larks' tongues! Wrens' livers! Chaffinch brains! Jaguars' earlobes! Wolf nipple chips! Get 'em while they're hot! They're lovely! Dromedary pretzels, only half a dinar! Tuscany fried bats!

Thousands of like-minded souls with a taste for state smashing, patriarchy toppling, government defying, feminism, punk, radical politics and children's books with titles like "Herb, the Vegetarian Dragon" came out in force for the 10th Annual Bay Area Anarchist Bookfair.

These socialists who are pretending to be anarchists.

Another perfectly good waste of a target. So many gathered in one place...

I do like San Francisco, lived there for 31/2 years. It just has to many kooks. It has great food, climate and scenery.

San Francisco is on the list of places/things that need to be taken back from the liberal/commie kooks. Hollywood is another. The art world still another.
Conservatives need to fight for some things, to many just want to give up and cede the territory to the enemy.

Let's be fair; they're IDIOTS pretending to be anarchists.

Socialists know that they're socialists. Most of these twits would have a difficulty enunciating their politics beyond 'George Bush sucks' and 'I dunno, what'd they say on DU?'
