There are plenty of people who disagree with Jeb and President Bush. Ann Coulter, Rush and Robert Bork are three for starters. Actually, Robert Bork said neither Bush has the authority to act.

And Rush also said Jeb doesn't have the authority. He shot down a couple people who wanted Jeb to send in the natl guard.
