Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
"Oh, the hearsay of people who miraculously 'remembered' conversations after several years when previously stated that such things were not spoken of."

No court in the land would consider a man who is livng with a woman by whom he has sired two children the husband of an able bodied woman becuause that able bodied woman would divorce him in two seconds flat.
and shouldnt the huband be faithful to his wife, instead of having two kids by another woman?
THere is no evidence dream on. Were you there when he allegedly beat her? On the say so of one doctor who looked over a few films? When all other medical experts say otherwise?

So, it's hearsay when it's her family, but not hearsay when it's people 8 years after the fact who suddenly in contradiction to previous testimony 'remember' something rather conveniently?

Three different nurses have said she could take nourishment through her moputh and has.They did feed her that way. I guess you only hear the parts that would condemn her to death.

The law is the law. Those who belive Terri got due process, and champion the law, cannot now say Terri should not have an autopsy.
If Michael would chose to bury her, there is probably no need for an autopsy. So it is Michael who is forcing the autopsy.
I wonder what the reaction of MS and his lawyer will be.
How utterly tragic that the Schindlers were not able to save her from his evil clutches and maniacal wrath.
Did your husband have a mistress and father two children with her? Did you lie in the bed like Terri and unable to file for divorce cause your guardian was the man you wanted to divorce?
If I was in the state Terri Shiavo is in I would. Also see my post #99. I have been there. Some people have had similar experiences and would not make the same decision my family made, if they could do it over again. Because even if you know you did the right thing, it still haunts you for years.

After the suit was settled, the Schindlers didn't get half the $700,000 to pocket.
It went to the court to be spent for Terri's care.
