Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
"So maybe you should, like, stop doing it?"

I would prefer that Michael stand trial for murder and if found guilty be subject to death by dehydration and starvation. But as he was ordered by the courts to complete his murder, neither will ever happen.
Oh, the hearsay of people who miraculously 'remembered' conversations after several years when previously stated that such things were not spoken of.
Oh, so now we're at the "I'll stop only when they stop" behavior.
Someone needs to seriously consider filing ethical charges against Felos. He is, after all, engaged in a conspiracy with MS to murder a living person. Even if it is not enough to get him convicted criminally, it might be enough to get the local bar association to pull his license.
Well what a better sick slap in the face to her parents than to cremate their daughter so that they can not visit her grave. This is one SOB nasty pig.

Terri has no life insurance.
He is going to live the rest of his days looking over his shoulder. Even if there aren't any threats against him. I bet you he cracks within two years.
I would be dead without my stents as well. The point is I am living a normal functional life. If it were otherwise I have instructed my children to unplug me period, by withholding a feeding tube or otherwise does not matter to me. Pacemakers, yes assist the heart in keeping a regular rythem. But these people are not in a bed getting bedsores and just laying there. It is not a perfect answer but, the best I can do right now.
Catholics do object to cremation, because it easily signifies a lack of belief in the resurrection of the body. If there is a sufficient reason for it, it is permitted. For example, if transporting the body would be prohibitively expensive, or if the person died of a deadly plague.

Hey the evidence ia all out there on how the election was stolen. After it's over, the media will prove GWB stole the election. Seems like the same mentality to me.

very few have done homework/research?
They just listen to tripe & come on here & go half-cocked!
I know some people who, by that standard, are not living a 'normal functional life' but they're quite capable of life and rational discussion.
And there are some who would have them put to death simply because they do not conform to aforementioned people's ideals of who is 'fit' to live.
This was a horrible and dark path taken 60 years ago.

So some people claim. Some affidavits, however, state that Terri could swallow things like jello when it was offered to her. Further, she swallows her own saliva, which would suggest that she could probably accept broth delivered via a nineteenth-century "invalid feeder". Except, of course, that Greer has decreed that she must be forbidden ALL forms of food and hydration.
How can Michael Schiavo be a decent father to those two kids? He is labeled a murdering monster by many. His behavior will reflect negatively on his own children. But of course he doesn't care about them. OBVIOUSLY! If he cared one little bit, he'd have divorced Terri long ago and married their mother. He is willing to sacrifice the happiness of his own children in order to pursue his utter contempt for Terri and her family - and to cover his tracks.
His life will be a living hell . . . I hope!
