" I don't want to take them down.
I just want them to fulfill their oath now. "
I've read much on FreeRepublic the last several days and never once did I read someone advocating "taking" Jeb or W "down" or anything to that effect. And, in fact, I don't believe anyone I read is secretly, subversively attempting to do so with "disruptive" posts and trolling. There is a legitimate debate as to whether those in responsible positions acted wisely or not. That's about all. The "Bush brothers have done all they can" supporters are the most unreasonable.

You and Randall Terry make swell bedfellows. Thanks. So do you and Greer.

Not if you accept the slippery slope argument. (which I do)
This is a case of active euthanasia. Small evils harden the heart, and make acceptance of larger evils.
Baby Knauer was the first euthanasia victim of the Nazi's He was severely retarded. He wasn't the last...
This is where we are headed, if we don't nip active euthanasia in the bud:
"Dutch hospital says it euthanized babies"

There have been lots of people who state MS is a "control" freak. This sure proves them right. In almost all cases of men who abused/killed their wives they had wanted to control every aspect of her life, even to demanding she account for every minute of her time when away from home and cutting her off from friends and family just to name a few. Being Catholic, divorce was probably a difficult decision for Terri to make. Also, it is common that violence is particularly harsh when the control freak thinks his wife may actually leave him.
In his sick mind, he probably does believe he loves her, but this is definitely ultimate control! MS sadly wins.

Karl greatly appreciated those million voters I brought him in 2000. Really? Is that why he didn't figure "your people" into his numbers in 2004?

I hope you think that through when you've calmed down emotionally, EV.
You're way too smart to believe what you just posted.
As grieved as I am with Terri's murder (I have a nephew down there too), I have to strongly disagree with your saying that there is no difference between which party is in power.......it is simply not true.
This horror can be the catalyst for national legislative change, for judicial reform, for changes in State laws, so that this can never happen again........but far more importantly, can be the impetus for a spiritual revival.
At their root, the legal constaints in this case are moral and spiritual......not political.
This country needs prayer and political reform, and your leaving the Republican party will do nothing but hurt.

We can use this case against them by making sure everyone knows that Terri begged for her life and Greer wouldn't listen while the deathacrats stayed in hiding.
We don't have to wait on Frist or any other elected official. Just email everyone we know and have them email everyone they know and it could spread like wildfire.

Mr Fairbanks is seeing a lot of hysteria around here. Is anyone else seeing that, or should we just assume that he is hallucinating?LOL! Mr. Fairbanks is really Nancy Pelosi.

I'm sure he's sweating your beating feet over to the Constitution Party, with that lunatic Peroutka, who doesn't even support the War on Terror.

It doesn't just say to remove the tube, it means NOTHING will be given to her, period.
Another link to a FR discussion on the matter.

If the Governor acts now, I will be glad to sit down with his political people tomorrow and offer my own support for him to run in '08 for POTUS.He ruled out a run in 2008 months ago. Do try to keep up.
If he doesn't, I will be leaving the Republican Party and taking as many people with me as possible.
Good riddance to both of you.

In other words, Greer would have someone die over a technicality about timing. He he really wanted to know if Terri can speak like her parents say. Then he would have went to see her.. but no, he wants her dead cause MS wants it. How can he sleep??

There are conservative legal and Constitutional experts who disagree that they have power to save her, within the law that is.
Governor Bush respects the law, and has had a legal team going over every possibility with a fine tooth comb.
If there is a way, they will find it.

'The next time a travesty like this happens, it will be a fraction of the story it is now"
Yup, inaction on the part of our elected leaders has allowed the death cult to define the helpless as unhuman and now the killing can begin in earnest. As for those you say don't blame our political leadership, I say 'all that is necessary for evil to thriumpth is for good men to do nothing" while nothing is a reach, clearly not enough is accurate. Ineffective and perhaps cowardly leaders are the worst sort and it appears that is what we've got.
