Fact is, the medicare and medicaid fraud only COMES IN TO PLAY when the person trapped in the Hospice is NOT TERMINALLY ILL. Period. And that is against the very foundations of Hospice. Is there ANYONE who disagrees that Terri Schindler Schiavo was not killed? Is there ANYONE who disagrees with the FACT that Terri's DEATH was laid upon her...that SHE WAS NOT DYING....that her DEATH was FORCED UPON HER?

That is the LAW that was BROKEN.

Hospices ARE NOT ALLOWED to accept NON TERMINALLY ILL PEOPLE and hospices are NOT ALLOWED to hasten death.

Terri SUFFERED both of these...and Mae ALMOST did.
