Jumper On St. Peter's at Vatican

A person has managed to make his way to the top of St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican. The dome is some 400 feet tall and was designed and built by Michealangelo...it is filled with hundreds of MOSAIC pictures...not a single actual painting...

The railing that you see behind the jumper is the railing for the public observation deck. There is a stairway that runs up the inside of the dome, and you can climb to the top. This guy just decided to hop the fence.
