That's just ridiculous. Jeb averted a state civil war over one woman. I think its horrible what went on but I'm not thinking a state civil war between state adn local law enforcement was something we needed.

Sorry Mike, but just who would be forcing that civil war, those wanting to kill an innocent woman, or those trying to stop it? Get with it bud. The line in the sand has been drawn. We didn't draw it.

I think you're wrong. I think it's exactly what's needed. If these local boys were willing to fire on others to enforce a "kill order" against this woman, I'd be glad to see 'em on the ground.

That would not have resulted in a civil war. I doubt very seriously there would have been any shots fired, but no matter what you have to enforce your laws. You are just looking for more trouble later if you show weakness and look powerless in the face of stupid threats.

I agree, we don't need a "civil war"

I really don't where all this Hate-Jeb talk is coming from, and lots of it from names I don't recognize.

Not that I know everyone, but still, he tried,
I mean, it's the CLINTON-APPOINTED Judges that
are doing this.

CLINTON.... Not Bush

What a shame if this tragedy pushs conservatives,
or even the liberal media, to prop up a Third Party
Candidate to help Hillary ride to power in 2008.

Will we ever learn?

Amen, bro. What would have killed any future Bush candidacy for whatever would have been sending law enforcement officers into a deadly firefight.

Judge Greer will have to live with Terri's blood all over his robe for as long as he lives, but if any cops died on Jeb's word, this would stop being the Terri Schiavo case and it would become the Jeb Bush Poor Leadership Scandal.

You should be blaming the law enforcement officers who signalled they would oppose him. Jeb didn't avert a state civil war over one woman. He single-handedly LOST a state civil war here.

Jeb won't get my vote in any future presidential primaries or caucuses. He's been tested and found lacking.

A civil skirmish over an imperial judiciary is exactly what we need. It'll be a while before clear and convincing evidence of judicial incompetence, corruption, and arrogance arises again.
