ANSWER:....Because she is in a "demeaning" state son. We in our society don't like to look at people who don't look "just right" even if they are still a living breathing human.

Her cremation will occur shortly to prove this."

Because some thing's perverted in the American system. I'm starting to think we need Judge Roy Moore to run in 2008 to fix the problem from the top down.

I'm afraid the explanation is so simple, even a child can understand it.

Some people are evil.

PEOPLE v. ARCHERD (1970) 3 C3d 615

"...The lapse of time between the various offenses and the indictment of defendant on July 27, 1967, is considerable but is adequately explained by the record. The murder weapon in each case was unique, insulin. The deaths of each of these victims were initially attributed to causes other than a criminal agency. Suspicion of insulin and of defendant as the person administering the insulin was not aroused until the death of Zella in 1956. It was not until years later, after much painstaking and persistent investigation by law enforcement officers, and the discovery of advances made in {Page 3 Cal.3d 621} medical knowledge and techniques, that sufficient evidence could be accumulated to charge defendant with these deaths. Unfortunately, by then other of defendant's victims had lost their lives. This is the only known reported case of murder by insulin poisoning in the United States. Only one other, reported world-wide, occurred in England in 1956. ..."

I'm listening to Michael Savage and he's saying that most legislators are lawyers so they're not going to upset the apple cart of the activist judges.

There are certain people I would like to ping to this, but won't. You probably will not see them here either, since a child's viewpoint is beneath them.

Well kids it's like this. President Bush has been right on so many issues that the Democrats need to win one so their Judges will ignore Congress and let her die. You see it's all really only a game to them!

"Political conventions also dictate that subpoenas to testify before Congress should have required that Terri have her feeding tube replaced until she could appear before the House Committee on Government Reform, but that did not stop some minor judge from tossing a Congressional subpoena aside without a word of explanation."

How could the judge possibly explain that to the three-year-old on the House Committee on Government Reform who wrote that request?

The issue: Why can the Judicial Branch control the Legislative and Executive Branch? The Republic could die with the death of Terri!

I can't explain it either. The same courts that demand an innocent woman die bend over backwards to assure murderers and terrorists exacting due process. Its like everything's turned upside down. I'm baffled by the logic with which our courts operate.

Because in a socialist state, that which doesn't fit the plan must be destroyed.

Well that is easy, the state has taken opun it's self the right to just the quality of ones life. It is doesn't not meet some subjective standard then will no more food or water for you. I believe the Nazis refered to such people as "useless eaters". I suggest everyone eat as much as they can everyday, might come in handy to have a few extra pounds, just in case you have to wait for Jeb Bush to make up his mind.

My 18 year old daughter who is engaged to be married in 2-3 years asked me, "Mom, you wouldn't let Chad do that to me, would you?" I said no, but seeing how the courts have rendered the Schinler's helpless to save their beloved daughter terrifies me.

We should all be VERY afraid. These arogant judges are out of control and legislative branches of government are weak kneed weaseals. WE should be screaming at our reps to change the law and protect these helpless people from heartless predators like Michael Shiavo.

My daughter asked me this as well. She is 16. I told her that it was because the people doing it did not see Terri as completely human.

My daughter thought about this for a minute and then she said that she did not think *they* were completely human.
