well of course you are right in that if we allowed it, manipulation of the law could gradually be imposed thus limiting our freedoms....but if the Bush's do what some on FR would have them do, would they not be equally guilty of manipulating the law, or is it OK when we don't agree with the outcome....????????.....doesn't clarity on our land at least have to be backed up by not just reason but also legal standing in at least this type of circumstance?

Governor Bush should start assembling a State Grand Jury for an exhaustive indepth investigation.

Governor Bush would be better off staying in Tallahassee the rest of his term.

He is going to find very quickly that he is fresh out of friends.

WHAT? Don't think so.

Spoke to a few people today who listen to talking heads - when I revealed the truth - they did not believe it - "It can't be true" - I directed them to some info. They now know the truth.

Wait until this week is over - and more and more people find what really is happening.

They fear gov't intervention in their family matters????
They get that from the liberals - fear monkers. When they understand it is about murder......hmmmm. What will you say then - you know the truth - you are here. Not everyone listens to Sean/Rush or access FreeRepublic - it's only been in the news one week - wait.

you can wag you finger...but most of the polls right now, and I don't mean ABC or their ilk are decidedly against govt intervention..........they don't say they want Terri to die, they say the gov't needs to stay out of the matter.....it has been on all of cable.......plus many think that is why Bush's approval rating tanked by 7 points just this week......you don't have to like it...it is the truth

Well, in this case Governor Bush could initiate a criminal investigation. The husband had medical treatment withheld from the wife. He represents her wishes and not his own.
Would she have wanted therapy to be denied her in this extreme state? If anyone she loved had hope for her?
Would she still want to die?

That's crap. Do you stand by and okay the judge's ruling if they say it is okay to withhold food from my 3 year autistic child who has no "quality of life" according this fascists standard?

I seem to recall several instances in history where judges were relegated to a debating club because their decisions were against the "will of hte people". Our country is country By The People and For The People,

NOT BY THE JUDGES FOR THE PEOPLE or... BY THE LAWS FOR THE PEOPLE. We rule ourselves and believe or not courts are human beings making them fallible. The day I believe that a black robe makes "truth" is the day this republic dies. From my dead cold hands...
