Well, in this case Governor Bush could initiate a criminal investigation. The husband had medical treatment withheld from the wife. He represents her wishes and not his own.
Would she have wanted therapy to be denied her in this extreme state? If anyone she loved had hope for her?
Would she still want to die?

any legal mean I would except in my mind....throwing the law out the window or meet your's or my wishes doesn't seem like a wise course....it reflects that emotions have gotten the better part of reasoning
