You are correct. There was one judge dissenting on the Panel. There were two dissenting on the whole 11th Circuit.

I don't understand your post. I know you are upset, and I do empathize with that.

"I am not too worried about it. Who gains from planing a bomb? Not the people fighting for Terris life. Someone who wants to stall or mess up the court proceedings does.Who on Terri's side is going to threaten Terris Parent's lives? Weren't they there at that hearing? Felos."
Personally I am not worried either, however, since it is the hearts desire to trash Christians by the acts of lunatics claiming to be such I refuse to step back and let this trashing go undefended.
We would not be in the mess if those who love their legal system would have protected the Constitution alll these many years, yet they are the very one who sit and jeer from the sidelines about stupid "hayseed hick Christians" collectively.

On the bright side...if it survives the bomb squad's "attentions", think of the PR that Panasonic will get!
No more sissy "You can throw it in water, drop it 3 feet and then drive a truck over it" stuff...;))

The ex-spouses of several of the judges within said building have already arrived on the scene, shrilly insisting that their former mates "would never want to go on existing in the demonstrably brain-dead states they're in right now," and demanding, defiantly, that they be allowed to expire "peacefully, painlessly" by means of dehydration.

Bob Franken is such a drama queen. Did he take tonight off from playing Barbra Sreisand at the transexual club?

What will it take to declare this an emergency situation and get some relief from this kangaroo court? Greer is responsible for this situation due to the fact that so many unanswered and seemingly unanswerable questions hang over this case. The American people don't come out and scream for redress at the drop of a hat for crying out loud. This isn't fifty hippies dreaming of Utopia and chanting "life's not fair."

Somewhere, some frantic first-year paralegal is wondering "Now where in the world did I leave my ToughBook?" When I went to law school, we didn't have any fancy ToughBooks, we had plastic TrapperKeepers and crappy Bic pens and we LIKED IT...
