Assembly Bill 232
A pro-gun right's bill in Nevada!
Assembly Bill 232, a bill supported by the NRA and many other pro-RKBA Nevadan's.
Introduced by Assembly Speaker Richard Perkins, is slated to be heard on Monday, March 28th at 9:30 a.m. before the Assembly Judiciary Committee in Carson City.
AB 232 seeks to clarify Nevada's definition of concealed carry by defining "upon the person" to mean actually on the person or in a container carried by the person. AB 232 will also amend state law to allow for compliance with the federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004, which allows for retired law enforcement officers authorized under the federal law to carry a concealed firearm.
It is vital that Nevada RKBA supporters call the members of the Judiciary Committee and voice their support for this bill!

It will not hurt to also contact your local state reps to voice support for AB 232 being passed, even if they are not a member of the judiciary committee.
I will be there, and I hope to not be the only person present who is not a paid lobbyist!
