For Greer to deny DCF access to her records is just one more nail in his coffin along with Felos -- they are hiding something here and bet a thorough investigation will reveal Terri is not the only victim from these two vultures.

My biggest fear is that if Terri dies, her body will be cremated and any medical records will remain sealed or at worst, will have been "accidentally" destroyed.

Judge Greer and Mike Schiavo walk away free.

And collectively, we're all the worse for this miscarriage of justice.

Thorough investigation by who? Apparently Greer controls this entire case and he isn't going to budge. A couple more days and it will all be over and the politicians and judges will all go about their lives like nothing happened. Jeb Bush and Florida are the only options left and it will take a bold action by Bush that I don't think he will do. It will have to be disobeying a direct judicial order and he won't do that. I hope I am wrong.

have you seen this information that kcvl found last night on the Dr that Geer relied his decision from ?

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1369378/posts?page=138#138

Dr. Ronald Cranford
In published articles, including a 1997 op-ed in the Minneapolis–St. Paul Star Tribune, he has advocated the starvation of Alzheimer’s patients. He has described PVS patients as indistinguishable from other forms of animal life. He has said that PVS patients and others with brain impairment lack personhood and should have no constitutional rights. Perusing the case literature and articles surrounding the “right to die” and PVS, one will see Dr. Cranford’s name surface again and again. In almost every case, he is the one claiming PVS, and advocating the cessation of nutrition and hydration.
