Thorough investigation by who? Apparently Greer controls this entire case and he isn't going to budge. A couple more days and it will all be over and the politicians and judges will all go about their lives like nothing happened. Jeb Bush and Florida are the only options left and it will take a bold action by Bush that I don't think he will do. It will have to be disobeying a direct judicial order and he won't do that. I hope I am wrong.
Greer thinks he controls the entire state, as well. I'm frankly tired of hearing about "respect for the rule of law" applied only to judicial decisions. Some of these judges have zero respect for the other branches of government. Where is their "respect for the rule of law"? The judicial branch does not trump every other branch. So how does the judiciary get to ignore a subpoena and effectively ignore the law as written and passed by Congress? Funny how you seldom hear criticism that judges don't "respect the law" when they thumb their noses at other branches of government. The judiciary is not a branch with veto power over the other two.
