Regardless of what happens in this case......
It has highlighted judicial tyranny in the good ole USA and shown that all our politicians are afraid of the judges.

"It has highlighted judicial tyranny in the good ole USA and shown that all our politicians are afraid of the judges.:"

Let's see, the Courts render judgments based on Florida law as written and enacted by the legislature rather than acting on their own and adjudicating the case based on how they feel about the law (which is what most people want them to do) but you call it "Judicial tyranny"?

What's truly pathetic is the abysmal ignorance of the way our legal system, and our government functions displayed by most citizens in this nation.

It has also highlighted how incompetent (IMHO) her attorneys were in their pleading to the district judge when they went after Greer. She needed the best legal team and instead she got these people and now Larry Klayman has joined and they have Randall Terry who is a horrible spokesman.

The Judge out of control is Greer -- the District/11th Circuit/SCOTUS only could rule on what they had before them -- if the pleading was not done precisely, you cannot blame the Federal Judiciary.

GOV Jeb Bush will end any aspirations he may harbor towards the presidency if he does not take charge of this situation. How can he be expected to deal with despots, dictators and terrorists on the world stage if he can not deal with a blind, power-mad swamp rat judge in Florida!?!It's called BALANCE of powers for a reason. First indict Felos and Greer with charges of fraud, charge Schiavo with malfeasance as a guardian, then go in and take Terri. I pity the poor policemen on watch outside the hospice who must hate what they are doing but would follow the governor in a heartbeat if he were to take action. I'm not holding my breath.
