Officials counted all the fingers of the Wendy's workers -- and say none had a missing digit.LOL, could someone lose a finger at Wendy's and NOT know it? I guess the copious amounts of blood could get mixed in with the chili, but the howls of pain would be hard to conceal.
My dad just retired this year from decades with the USDA. He used to tell us horror stories from packing plants. One I remember about someone losing a finger and not knowing it because they were working in such cold conditions, then someone found it further down the line. Of course, he might have embellished trying to gross out us kids. :)

My Little Pony Edwards literally shoved people out of the way screaming, "Ya see, I told ya there was 2 Americas! One that eats caviar (like me!) and one that eats fingers!"

I hate to ask this because it gives me a horrible visual that I should not share with others
Did the finger have a nail? and was it bitten?

Remember, it takes all sorts of critters to make Wendy's fritters.

I once found a fingernail in a Cappuccino from one of those 7-11 machines.
Needless to say, I was puking while pulling off the road.
Haven't had one since.
A whole finger? Based on my last experience, my entire digestive tract would disconnect and exit through my mouth.

The county medical examiner said the human finger was cooked but not decomposed. Authorities temporarily closed the Wendy's and seized all the ingredients at the restaurant.Did the ingredients include fava beans and chianti?

Unless this woman was eating in the dark or was blindfolded how could she not see a finger in spoonful of chili.
Esp on that little rinky dink spoon they give you
to eat it with.

The finger would have went well with a nice chianti ffft ffft ffft ffft. At any rate they should be able to get a good print off of it and perhaps ID the...perp?....victim?.....person of interest?
