I know of a 700-page complaint to DCF from four years ago that documented abuse.

The DCF investigator verified the truth of these charges, and then the whole thing was quashed from on high.

I've seen some of the German propoganda from the WWII era posted here over the last few days. One of the most stark American (government) posters of the time, shows several children cowering with the giant shadow of a swastika descending upon them.

The poster says "Don't Let It Touch Them", or something to that effect.

And then today, I saw kids in handcuffs.

It seems to me that evil is winning, and this really hurts.

Wrong on several points.

States generally have and Florida definitely has laws on the books for cases in which a disabled/elderly person's guardian has a conflict or has demonstrated unsuitability to be retained in such a position of responsibility. How wise or intelligent is it to allow a spouse who has attempted to murder their partner to continue serving as guardian?

If only this judge (Greer) had ruled according to Florida laws. He has ignored and violated an incredible number of Florida laws and Florida and U.S. Constitution citizen rights. His outrageously flagrant example and success at ordering the civil execution of a disabled woman bodes a future filled with skyrocketing tyranny from all judiciary levels. There is a wealth of too little reported information, facts and evidence that Greer is in full CYA mode. If Terri does not die, at some point his gross violations will be investigated. The situation stinks to high heaven. If Terri does die, he might skate.

Because of this poor excuse for a judge 10 year old children are now being arrested, and Florida's governor and the President of the United States are being swung by their political tails. The political structure of this country is now totally out of whack. Shades of the Martin Niemoller story. Everyone is at risk as a consequence of this extreme and outrageous example of judicial tyranny !!

Our prayers did nothing for Elian. They are not working for Terri, either. Get with the program. The Angel in the Whirlwind has left us.

Yes, God does hear the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man, but prayer is the call to action, not the end in itself. That's the point many miss. Farah is of course right, and the USA looks bad, claiming it is transporting democracy to the world yet dehydrating an openly innocent woman before the eyes of the world.

How come the president and congress has not sent federal marshals to go down to Florida and arrest Judge Greer for contempt of Congress ? and those other judges who have have comtempt to congress ?

Well, in every state new laws should be passed. New laws should state that upon getting a marriage license, that a living will should be made along with the marriage license.
The law also sould state that, if either the ( man or woman ) spouse is known to be living ( adultery ) with another person and have produced children, then, the guardianship automatically goes to the spouses mother or father or next living relative.
The legal guardianship automatically will go to the next closest living relative, no court hearings, no court battles, AUTOMATICALLY.
