Well, it's been something like 6 years that this has been going on without objection, right? I find that incredibly creepy and disturbing.
I know of a 700-page complaint to DCF from four years ago that documented abuse.
The DCF investigator verified the truth of these charges, and then the whole thing was quashed from on high.
