I agree with you on not trusting the courts at all.
And, unfortunately, the appeal is full of typos. But when a woman's life is slipping away by the hour and previous appeals have failed, there probably was no time to clean it up. I think in terms of legal arguments it does well.
Thank you, tex. God bless you. Eagles Up!
Sorry about the ? I see you said the paper.
DCF AND JEB, US CONGRESS, THE PRESIDENT: "THE OPERATION WAS A SUCCESS BUT WE LOST THE PATIENT."
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!..... Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 5:20,24.
What is happening to Terri is EVIL. There are people in this country, and yes, even here on FR, who refuse to recognize this as a fact. I have refused to get drawn into any "debates" here or anywhere else on this subject. The respect for life trumps everything else. Rule of law, yes of course. But Terri left no CREDIBLE word behind of her true desires. The so-called husband has too many conflicts of interest to be believable. When in doubt, we MUST err on the side of LIFE.
If Terri had left a legal directive as to what her wishes were, I would say honor them. She is the one who would then give personal account of herself to God. But she did not. Michael, Greer, Felos, and their supporters, if they succeed in murdering Terri, will have to anwer to the only true Judge. I wonder just how persuasive they think they will sound to Him?

You know what really got to me during the Florida senate debates was how many of the deathmongers admitted (proudly, yet with faux-humility of the "been there, done that" variety) that THEY THEMSELVES had pulled the plug on a parent. Holy moly! No wonder they're thirsty for Terri's blood. They're trying to justify their own actions.
Hilary voted for Terri in the Senate. She's not talking about it but she voted for Terri.
It's mind boggling the number of threats that have gone out from the other side and nothing has been done about it. If the average person uttered any of them about an elected official they'd be arrested immediately. Instead they arrest kids!!!
I do feel so sorry for them, too. Amazingly horrid situation to be in.
I will be popping in an out myself. Three solid days of vigil, and I have gotten nothing else done, and I have to. But I will definitely be popping in and out.
Oh Thank God , Jesus Christ took our sins on His body. Thank you Jesus, Thankyou. One of my most favorite songs.
The love of God is greater far than tongue or pen can ever tell It goes beyond the highest star, and reaches to the lowest hell; The guilty pair, bowed down with care, God gave His Son to win; His erring child He reconciled, and pardoned from his sin.
O love of God, how rich and pure! How measureless and strong! It shall forevermore endure The saints and angels song.
When years of time shall pass away, and earthly thrones and kingdoms fall, When men, who here refuse to pray, on rocks and hills and mountains call, Gods love so sure, shall still endure, all measureless and strong; Redeeming grace to Adams race the saints and angels song.
O love of God, how rich and pure! How measureless and strong! It shall forevermore endure The saints and angels song.
Could we with ink the ocean fill, and were the skies of parchment made, Were every stalk on earth a quill, and every man a scribe by trade, To write the love of God above, would drain the ocean dry. Nor could the scroll contain the whole, though stretched from sky to sky.
O love of God, how rich and pure! How measureless and strong! It shall forevermore endure The saints and angels song.
Obviously, the media is covering for Jim King who has committed political suicide. He so loves the culture of death, he's getting a taste of his own medicine.
Fox just had a guy on, I think one of Jeb's attorney's and he was talking about how Michael lied in the civil trial and in that trial he said that Terri would want to be rehabilitated and that is why he needed a big settlement to pay for it and he NEVER said in that trial anything about Terri wanting to die that way...because he coudldn't as he was trying to get this big $$$$$ and they said Michael got the money and spent it all, but where is the money???? He didn't use it on Terry....I am thinking this is going to turn into a criminal investigation....and we FReepers are part of the reason why...we keep getting the word out (even though MSM takes forever to catch on)
LEGALEAGLE61 BUMP!!!
HEY, SHE is NOT going to DIE....THINK POSITIVE!!!!!!! Pray! Michael is going down
Yes. There was even one senator who voted against the bill who claimed she pulled the plug on her dad and then stated that she had a living will where she would allow food and water for herself.
Good morning, BB. The answer is that we're freepers and they're not. We know how to use the tools available and they don't. We care to find out and they couldn't care less.
I don't know the name of your Jacksonville paper but he was trying to find vigilers from Jax. I told him that people in Jax are calling Jim King and calling him a pig. The crowd went wild.
I too for awhile thought Jeb would act last night. Maybe he is waiting to see if Greer will act on his own today. I can't see the judge humbling himself and admitting he erred though. Maybe he can use a "new evidence" or something. Praying God touches his heart today and that Terri given the strength to hold on a little longer and doesn't reach the point of irreversible damage today.
Good for Hilary. I will email her today with my thanks.
