Gov Jeb Bush will visit Pinellas County sometimes today, but no one is sure if he's going to visit Terri.
Jeb Bush can order the guard to save this life while the aspects of this case, NEVER INVESTIGATED, and we are learning why that was...talk about mcCabe and labelle and ex-sheriff rice and corruption.....and he will walk away without a scratch.
I would hope he would.
Thank you for the story of the family. I needed to hear there are those out there who understand. I have to work with a witch who can't wait for Terri to died. It does all I can do to go to work much less to keep my cool.
oh me oh my,,can a judge order a public servant arrested for doing his job? That sort of amazes me.
I don't know if Greer is evil but he certainly is throwing all caution to the winds. There is something pretty desperate about him. Usually with this kind of huge public flap, people try to share the responsibility or shuck it. He seems to be hogging it and taking enormous pain to inflict his will on the case. That really amazes me. Reflects some huge will. I don't know if he is covering up or simply one of those people who will fight to the death before admitting this is too big for him.
Several weeks ago, a friend of murder victim and victim of Judge Greer, Helene Ball McGee, showed up at a rally for Terri. She held a sign that said, "In memory of my dear friend Helene who pleaded with Judge Greer to protect her life. This plea for help was denied. My friend was then murdered by her husband several days later, March 11, 1998."
That is obvious by reading Whittmore's opinion, which refutes the contention. The pleadings must merely get the relevant facts in the case before the judge, which they did. Whittmore simply ignored the legal requirement for a de nova hearing assuming that he would find the same as the lower court did - prior to holding the hearing he was required to hold. IOW's under the federal statute, the findings of the lower court were mere hearsay, but Whittmore, just decided, well, if someone accused you of murder so, if I heard the case I would find you guilty, and therefore this silly little matter of a trial is just a waste of time. Sheriff hang the guilty sob.
Probate records subject of Schiavo hearing
Wednesday, March 23, 2005
The hearing was held in a Clearwater courtroom.
Paso-Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer is contemplating a motion filed by attorneys for the Department of Children and Families.
DCF attorneys asked the judge to unseal probate records in the Terri Schiavo case, including financial information, to determine if she was abused or exploited.
Greer asked the attorneys why this request wasn't made before in previous investigations. A DCF attorney argued the records are needed for the current investigation.
Possible tough decision for doctors
Another controversial topic came up during the hearing in Clearwater when an attorney for Morton Pant Hospital entered the courtroom looking for advice about what to do if its doctors are instructed by the executive branch of government to reinsert Schiavo's feeding tube.
"Obviously, my clients don't wish to be in contempt of judicial rulings, but likewise, we don't want to be in violation of an administration order," said the attorney, James Martin Jr.
Greer said he would be on standby for that type of situation, even though the courts will be closed Friday for Good Friday.
Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, said he would take legal action if the feeding tube is reinserted.
"Any action would be a violation of Mrs. Schiavo's constitutional right to refuse medical treatment," said Felos. "It will be a violation of civil rights, and an assault, a battery, trespass on her, and should that occur or be attempted, we will hold those to the fullest extent of the law."

McCain? That's unreal because they have similar circumstances. McCain was a POW and Terri is a PRISONER OF HOSPICE OF THE SUNCOAST, which is a worldwide hospice. Judge Greer spits out orders whenever George Felos calls him. They are DEATH ORDER UPON DEATH ORDER. How many times if Greer going to try to murder an INNOCENT WOMAN? Greer will continue to spew out ILLEGAL ORDERS until US Marshalls go in there and TAKE HIM AWAY.
She didn't give to Greer. All the business listings in her name are inactive.
The cops are already obeying an unlawful order. What a shame that we have come down to be governed by lawless tyrants. What other justification for pulling feeding tubes does Felos have swirling in his twisted mind?
ON Fox I kept seeing a guy with a sign that said Cover Up? He was doing his best to keep it in the camera shot. PC93?
Thanks
Spooky!

Our dirty deeds stand up under the light of scrutiny!
No Food

No Justice
See the new blockbuster suspense thriller coming soon to a court room near you!
Due to increased security measures no feeding tubes allowed!
So there was a lot of BS there!
I would think that he will!! Praying with hope.
The law doesn't apply to Greer and Greer doesn't apply the law.
Just turned my computer on (nearly 2pm in Poland).
YOU MEAN NOTHING HAPPENED OVERNIGHT?!
Yes......
I did not; but I do not understand what that means. Of course he can violate an order. Question is, what are the consequences? Greer gonna issue an arrest warrant?
