lips sealed but these fingers...grrr I'll just humm family of God some more.
you are correct of course.....didn't think of that.. sorry
My post 4005 was my response to hubno.
He/she was diappointed of my posting Terri's photo smiling. My response? Repost.
I think you meant to address me. That was my statement not Theodore's.
Dershowitz and Bois both said this and I agree. Problem is this is not what Gibbs did the first time in Fed Court. He made a weak legal argument not based on this. I thought that this would be his argument now but after hearing him on Greta it was not. He was arguing Terri's constitutional right to life. Not a winner.
If we lost with the best attorney that would be one thing. If we lose with an inferior Gibbs we will never really know if the right legal argument stood a chance.
"Fox News is getting more intolerable by the day, especially with this coverage of the Schiavo case"
I know! I'm shocked...I ignorantly thought it was a conservative channel, meaning all the anchors had conservative values, so that they could correctly answer the contrary interviewees, showing and teaching the nation the truths they had never heard before because of biased media.
Instead, ever since their Kerry coverage, I find in trying to be balanced they are not edifying. They cover higher percentages of the evil. They still offer more truth than other stations, but through this Schiavo stuff I can tell who's who.
FL judges have judicial conferences which are "confidential". I think it would be veeeeery useful to get a hold of the teaching materials used at those conferences. They are seminars basically where judges discuss issues and problems.
A good deal is devoted to avoiding pitfalls and issues of contempt with regards to ensuring respect to the judiciary inside the courtroom and compliance with court orders.
Let's pray that those at Fox News who are clearly believers will have impact on those like Shep and Colmes.
some jerkwater on Fox talking about DCF trying to use a law that doesn't apply for their own purposes...well what the heck is Greer doing? What law gives him the right to tell Jeb Bush and the DCF not to try and enforce state law?
Me neither... very sad. She will die on Good Friday.
FOX just not what it used to be. Sean interesting and the car chases and dog rescues still good but.... I wish Jim would buy us our own network:')
There is no king but George!/s
Amen.
The only Fox show I really like is Britt Hume's show. He is great! Hannity's would be great, too, if he'd toss Alan overboard.
Alan Keys on MSNBC right now speaking about Terri
She will die on Good Friday.
So many similarities to the first person who died on Good Friday.
Only if it'sGod's will.
State Troopers? not county Sherriffs?
could be interesting...
It is uncanny. The judges are crucifying her with wicked hands and the country is paralyzed with indecision. No one seems willing to meet the Roman swords to save her.
Me too! I am getting upset that he his pocketing all of the money. : )
